This is a nice boat launch, there are very few on the Sydney side of the Harbour.. However the CBRM often neglect this ramp and don't keep it clean very often so it is often covered in sand.

Shore Road Launch Ramp
Always a relaxing spot to sit and watch the waves. In the summer it is a great place to launch a boat or jet ski and go out fishing or just sitting watching sail boats go by. It has a great view of north sydney and the harbor. If you're lucky enough to be in Cape Breton take in the sites it's all free!!!! And Priceless!!!
