They did an immaculate job on my Mum’s acrylic set and I thoroughly enjoyed my shellac pedicure. The attention to detail is something I’ve not experienced at another salon before. The salon is clean and very professional. Many colours to choose from. Can’t say enough nice things. Will be back for my own set of nails!

Amazing place until... My last visit I was told I should use Solar Gel as it's stronger". Not even 2 weeks in and the tips break off 3 fingers. Go in and ask for a fix as I spent a lot more then usual plus a tip and I'm told I'm to pay for the fix. My last acrylic set was on for 5 weeks! NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED! Don't talk your clients into something more expensive just to make more money! Was so happy with every service before this point!"

Not the greatest pedicure but loved the design on the fingertips. They messed up a bit ( forgot matte on fingers) and didn't ask about design on toes (had to add after). You need to be very up front and clear. They were very friendly and the one nail tech was amazing!

I went to get my nails done for my vacation and was extremely disappointed with the service and quality. I paid for a shellac manicure and pedicure and after 1 day the shellac was completely peeling off. I’m not talking about chipping… the whole nail peeled off. Every time I have ever done shellac anywhere else, I need to go and get it removed as it’s almost impossible to remove myself. Considering the amount of money I paid for this I was extremely disappointed. The job felt completely rushed. The business closed at 8 pm and they rushed to have me out the door not a minute past that. I will not be returning.

*** update - exactly one week later I have 5 broken nails, very disappointing **** keep in mind these are not even a week old ** 6 days ** I have never heard about a nail salon, limiting the transactions that they’re doing on a specific day. I have one nail that broke and I was told that they do not allow fixes on select days .They only fix Nail’s Monday, Tuesday Wednesday. To fix one nail it usually takes about 10 -15 minutes and individuals that work shift work or Monday to Friday( single parents ) don’t have the opportunity to do these transactions Monday to Friday and rely on weekends what type of business doesn’t want to service clientele to ensure repeat business. I have never been satisfied 100% with the quality of this place and this has given me a reason not to attend for future . I will continue to share my disheartened experience amongst all the individuals in the city to ensure everyone is aware of this places customer service practises . What a ridiculous business practice, I’d also like to note they were not busy and people were available to be service. Seems like this business only wants to make a specific financial amount off of their customers, and not willing to provide customer experience

been here a few times now for acrylics and love them every time, only place i’ve ever been to where my nails actually last! this time cong did my nails and he did amazing, absolutely love them and the design!!

The best nail salon in brantford. Been there a few times and the service is top notch. Staff is very polite and quite (unlike other nail salons) little expensive on price point but it’s totally worth it. I went there for shellac pedicure/manicure, instead of drilling down my nails they used acetone to gently remove it which most nails salons don’t do these days.I highly recommend this nail salon to anyone who wants quality serviceMy nail technician was lihn, she is amazing!! ( sorry if I spelt it wrong)

Went to get my nails done for a mommy and me day with my 6yr old daughter. Not even 24 hours later and all her mail polish was off on her hands. I called and spoke to the manager and he said there was nothing he could do, didn’t honour Nothing. 25$ for absolutely nothing. Horrible horrible service. I will never go back, and when women ask for a recommendation, this place won’t be it. ***UPDATE- I did reach out to the manager and spoke with him, he advised me there was nothing they can do, it is what it is then hung up****** you just want to look good on google when infact you have no intention of making this better.
