Air hautain le propriétaire , aucun bonjour aucun acceuil, aucun service on dirait qu'ont dérangent , je ne reviendrai plus .

Service impeccable et souriant, les jeunes sont vraiment à leur affaire. Je recommande a tous!

Endroit rapide malgré la covit19 bon service

My boyfriend bought a lovely bracelet for me not realizing it was way too big. We tried to exchange it within the grace period and the customer service was horrible. It took at least 30 minutes before any of the 3 young employees even noticed us. Then there was no real customer service, just oh this is all we have. They didnt try to help find something that we could exchange in the styles i was pointing out. To top it off i had said i didnt know the price at the beginning and before i could say anything more the employee open it up and blurted out the price (which i didnt want to know being that it was a gift) They then gave us a gift card that could only be used in store as they have a no return policy. Since that date we have tried going back twice. Once a saturday as they open" at 9 but by 10:45 the store wasn't open because they employees were unable to open the locked safe to get the jewelry out

Ne pas faire affaire avec eux! J'ai apporté une bague que j'ai reçu en héritage et qui me sert de jonc de mariage. J'ai demandé de faire rapetisser la bague ainsi que d'y intégrer une gravure a l'intérieur. J'ai reçu une bague dont le joint est visible, aucunement bien arrondit ainsi que des gravures ratés et une bague avec des grafignes. Le gérant n'est pas en mesure de faire quoi que ce soit puisque le travail est fait!***Je vous déconseilles fortement si si vous avez une grande valeur sentimentale a votre bijoux***

Very good, respectful and attentive service (we were served by Nico). Good selection and prices! We visited many jewelry stores and this one was definitely our best experience.
