Rosemount - CLV Group

Kim Campbell was wonderful when she lead the tour for a CLV group property—it wasn’t initially Rosemount but she discussed some of the units there and we decided to see one of the units. It was the unit we ended up renting. Working with Kim from the tour to the application stage was wonderful—she was warm, patient, and knowledgeable. Even if there was something she didn’t know right at the time, she got back to us with an answer in a fair amount of time via phone/email—we had a lot of questions and she answered all of them. She is wonderful in her role and a true professional :-)

I've been a resident at 2400 New Street for the past 4 years. I am constantly impressed by the efforts that go into upgrading, maintaining and enhancing this building. In particular, I must give a shout out to Terry who works tirelessly to keep the building clean. The woman is a machine! Maintenance staff are also prompt in responding to requests and the entire staff here go out of their way to be friendly and helpful.

Building is located in an excellent location, at a convenient distance to any transport, entertainment or shopping places.It’s always clean inside, help is provided fast.Waleed is a wonderful maintenance worker, always ready to help!

We moved from our home of 24 years to 2386 New Street Burlington. Farheen & Magda have made the transition very easy. These 2 ladies went over & beyond to reassure us that we were making a good decision. Magda & Farheen have been there every step of the way for us.We feel safe and the convenience location is perfect! Thank-you ladies!There is one thing that the building does need desperately is more garbage pails on the property!! Please!! Please!!

We've recently came to Canada fleeing the war in Ukraine. So it's important to find a calm, friendly place with a good infrastructure. I've chosen Rosemount because it's a walking distance from everything we need: school, sport places for son, library, parks, lake, shops, cafes etc. It's a pet friendly yet very clean building. We haven't lived in yet, but I hope inside will correspond to the outside:)Special thanks goes to Farheen, our leasing agent. She works for CLV group, and I should say she is wonderful! Before meeting her, I've seen tens of other apartments and other agents. They al don't compare to Farheen) Her secret is in being a totally friendly, hospitable, problem solving, client oriented professional. She would listen to your needs carefully and try to match them perfectly.Thanks to Farheen, process of leasing, signing docs, making payments, etc has gone smoothly and easily. Huge thanks!Katia.

The maintenance service has improved drastically since Waleed started working here. He is very efficient, has a lot of knowledge, very polite and kind, not to mention that he is constantly working with a smile.Thank you for the amazing work!

I’d like to thank the maintenance worker Waleed! He is always so helpful and friendly.Waleed always does his best to fix issues fast and efficiently, very client oriented and knows the building well!Also I’m grateful to admin Magdalena for help in dealing with routine building maintenance!

I love my living space here in Burlington. It took a while to find a location that fit the price and that includes all amenities. I am thankful when the CLV group contact me when a unit was available. I had a wonderful experience with viewing my complex and the staff and cleaners.Thank you for the experiences and thanks for the wonderful, friendly cleaners and on-site building maintenance personnel. 2386 New St is such a nice place to live. The people who work here and the residents are very friendly you get a sense of community. Suites are spacious and renovated. The building and grounds are well taken care of with many new updates to the property. I appreciate Waleed our new property/ building maintenance employee he is very helpful and always a pleasure to speak with as he takes pride in his job and makes sure all is as it should be. Glad to have Waleed here especially now that the office has moved off site. The location is prime, walking distance to many amenities and the downtown core. Very safe area and apartment

Moved into the Rosemount Apartments in August. From the first phone call and meeting, Bryson and the team went the extra mile to ensure that we were shown everything the facility had to offer and that all our questions were answered. Even after the move the entire team has been exemplary with how they assist, with even the smallest question.Our apartment was extremely clean when we moved in and the entire complex is very well maintained. I have yet to meet a person living at Rosemount that has not spoken highly of the staff or the overall building and its maintenance.I cannot speak to CLV's other facilities, but if tenants are treated as well as we have been, I would recommend them to anyone. Great experience and a very nice place to call home.
