10/10 would recommendI waited a bit to get in with Jenna knowing her work was top tier, but willing to be patient in order to receive a tattoo I would love to wear forever. I drove from Halifax to get in with her and can’t recommend Jenna enough!The studio was inviting, the environment was upbeat, and clean. I was excited and nervous when I arrived and Jenna made it a very easy, fun and calming experience. She was kind, knowledgeable and informative.I let her lead me through the process and it went beautifully, Jenna was very professional but down to earth and made me feel totally comfortable!I am beyond happy with my new tattoo and I can’t wait to return!Thank you Jenna!

I’ve gotten tattoos from Hannah and Rae, All absolutely amazing I would highly recommend! Ive had my nose pierced by Jenna and when I had the piercing get ripped threw my nose (due to my own fault) she was super helpful on the phone and then I got it re pierced by jess who did an amazing job, great place and amazing service!

I spent almost a year researching artists in the area. I finally chose Jenna to start my first sleeve. I waited for her books to open, and ended up waiting almost an entire year for my appointment. Then she went and cancelled my appointment a week beforehand. The reason she cancelled was that I asked a few questions about the procedure as this was going to be my first large piece. I asked what would happen if I didn't like the artwork. She told me I would lose my $250 deposit and that would be it. Then she proceeded to return my deposit and block me.This is honestly the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I was warned by other artists about Jenna being terrible to deal with and told to absolutely not book with her, but I really liked her style and never thought I would wait a whole year for nothing. I would never go to 9th gate or ever recommend it to anyone.Honestly wouldn't even give 1 star.

They don’t tell u the price of jewelry until your about to pay, they trick u into paying more, the owners are literally scammers, also I asked for a 2 mm gem for my nose and I got a 3 mm, and no I was no aware of the prices until I got to the machine and then I just panicked and paid bc I didn’t want the embarrassment and seeming like a cheap skate, the gem I bought with my piercing was only 40 and I wanted that one

Staff has been very educational, efficient and awesome to be around. My last 4 sessions have been there with Devin and of the approximately 25hrs I have sat in the shop it’s been a good environment to feel comfortable in while seeing how clean it is. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a piercing or tattoo to check out their social media pages as there’s something for everyone which is what really makes this shop stand out.

My son and I have both been there for a piercing and I for a tattoo. Great service, clean, and pleasant to talk too. Provided detailed information on how to clean and manage our new pieces :) overall it was a great experience to enjoy with my one son. We definitely will be back for some more work.

Had an amazing experience here. My best friend and I wanted matching tattoos and Rae did amazing job. Very friendly and super clean environment. Will definitely be back!!

It's so clean and Sanitary that you'd want to visit again.The staff are very professional and friendly. Did a tattoo with Hannah, loved the work. I would suggest this place to anyone planning on getting a tattoo in Sydney.
