Teaching with tutorbright has been seamless and enjoyable. I’ve taught close to a year now and their resources provided for students makes it enjoyable for both student and teacher to have a great time learning together.

I joined tutorbright early in the year, From the start everything is well organized and laid out for me, I found the schedule flexible and I extremely love their matching process. The students I have thought throughout the months have been amazing and we’ve had great synergy both with the students and parents. It gave me an experience that I could help students with the best of my abilities! The fact that we also mentor students shows that even when education is valued, mental health is valued and As someone going into that a career regarding mental health, tutorbright has helped me with my goals. overall, the hours and scheduling are flexible and I go on my own pace with a decent and reasonable hourly rate. My time and work is appreciated in Tutorbright.

I’ve been tutoring/mentoring with TutorBright for nearly 7 months and in all honesty, I’ve never felt more supported in a work environment. I feel very at ease knowing that if I have any sort of issue –be it tech, scheduling, curricular, or interpersonal, that all I have to do is text, call, or email the office and things will be sorted professionally and in a timely matter. The team matches not only students to Tutors/Mentors, but ensures that it’s a good fit on my end too and that I am absolutely comfortable and confident in my role. It’s the first job that I’ve ever felt truly able to decline a task or client. I know there are no repercussions; the team truly wants what’s best for all parties involved.The support team is also incredibly understanding and empathetic. When faced with unexpected personal issues and in need of rescheduling, TB promptly reached out to the families and ensured that everything would be handled and in order when I returned days after.Working with TB has also been incredibly encouraging. The feedback I’ve received from the team has been nothing short of inspirational and has truly made me feel valued by the company. Knowing I’ve actually made a difference in the lives of these kids, not only from an academic standpoint, but from a personal level as well has been so fulfilling. TB strives to empower me to mentor children to be better students, but also to be better friends, family members, and members of their community through the mentorship aspect of the program. It’s something I definitely would have benefited from when I was growing up.I would (and have) recommend TutorBright as an employer time and time again. I see myself staying with this company in the future and am excited to meet new students and families alike. It’s just a great environment to be a part of and making your own hours? Well that’s just the icing on the cake.
