We were excited to finally be able to have something other than satellite internet at our rural property! Not quite as excited anymore. Our Verizon hotspot out performs this broadband connection half the time. While trying to stream Netflix or the like you either get perfect uninterrupted video, or buffering every 30 - seconds to a minute. For 100$ a month I didn't think I would have to deal with buffering over and over again. When it works it's great, but you never know when it's going too or how long it will when it does. Obviously not getting what we were sold.

Have been waiting for about 6 months for new service to get installed. When I ordered they said about 30 days. Then every time I call they said 30 more days including today when I called, except they said 45 days this time. I hope when I eventually get the service it's not as bad as the installation process.

We've had SCI for over 2 years now and never had an issue. We have been treated professionally and customer-oriented at all times. Just today we had an issue caused by the outages over the last few weeks. We talked to JEFF from the tech department and the issue was solved remotely within minutes. Thank you SCI Broadband!

Scheduled install for my cabin on 6/29 from 1-3. Took time off work and 2 hours of driving (and gas!) and the installer never showed up. Called and no one has any idea what happened and the install was never actually scheduled. Now not only did I waste my time, our hotspot service is done and we won't have internet for nearly a month as they can't seem to fit me in until late July. Not off to a great start, so hopefully this improves.Edit. They were able to shedule a tech to do the install the next day and utilize remote access without me driving back, so good to go.

leaving a review for my dad, he had an issue with the wifi and they called him on a holiday weekend to help him fix the issue, amazing customer service and good wifi. Wanted to make sure i left a good review for him :) pretty sure the guys name was john

BEWARE!! Called to install- they give you a 6-8 week for cable digging to home- 6-8 week window to splice into home- then another 6-8 week window to install. They say we will call you when it’s your turn. They finally dug the cable to my home making a 360 degree circle around my house rather then under the driveway leaving tree roots cut and mounds all over the yard. Now they want me to wait the 6-8 week window to hook to house the another to get installed. It’s a complete joke- no customer service or try to get things moving. Awful!!!

Never experienced the level of service given! From Julie, who took my call and jumped on my urgent request, like... instantly! THE TECH KEN was here within a 2 hour window. I was up and ready for work in a matter of an hour or so! Service was Extremely professional" with an awesome IT bedside manner! Shout out to Ken

My own old personal router died just exactly on the wrong day when I put out my newsletter. I decided to rent one from your company and it was the best decision I could have made. Not only did they install the router, they came back the next day to help me reconnect my online printer to the router. The service man was so pleasant and I felt sorry for him trying to get safely into my house. I am surrounded by a skating rink. I wish to thank him and your company for excellent service in an emergency situation. I also appreciate Tim and the other online tech who tried to help me and deccided it was hopeless.

Our tech, DJ, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and responsive when setting up our internet. He was easy to talk to and made sure we had the answers to all our questions, and gave us additional advice. Would recommend.

I am most appreciative of the free tech support that comes with my monthly payment. If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone, a local technician promptly makes a service call. The rates are comparable with other providers.
