Great gym, really spacious with loads of equipment to choose from. The classes are brilliant, as the trainers are really encouraging and supportive, so you feel comfortable to work at your own pace, which is great for a beginner like me who is not used to working out. Would definitely recommend the weights for women class with Emma, as well as fit pump. Alan and Jack are really good at encouraging you to do your best. I always enjoy going as the classes are never boring!

ALAN IS AMAZING, in fact all of the staff are so helpful, lovely, such a great team!!! This really makes the gym. The gym is clean has fantastic facilities, area for changing, showers lockers free classes with membership. Overall a really good gym with everything you could possibly need!

Amazing equipment, friendly/clean environment and extremely helpful staff that are willing to help and advise regardless of what you need. Suitable hours for everyone with it being 24 hour and an extremely affordable price. What more could you want. I started my fitness journey here almost 3 years ago and without the help of the staff, especially Alan himself I wouldn't be where I am today. Highly recommended!

This gym is as good as it gets for me.I have used so many gyms over the years and found this is as perfect as I could find especially with the 24/7 access which for myself is a must.The place is clean, a really great big lay out so everyone is not competing for the same machines and weights etc and it’s also very friendly welcoming people of all ages, sizes etc so for those whoever feel a little daunted starting off this is where you need to be.There are loads of classes on throughout the day which are really enjoyable and all the instructors are really great , informative and helpful I have to mention my own favourite though…my boy himself step forward Jamie…this lad has improved my own health and well-being by 80% that I didn’t know I could get to.If you want a great no nonsense, friendly and safe place to train with a chance to go further with one of the fantastic PTs look no futher!!

Really nice clean gym, very spacious lots of great equipment to choose from and best of all the free classes that come with it. I come 4 times a week and its so friendly and fun love it!!!

Been smashing it at the gym here with the amazing help of staff. With the help my personal trainer for the last 11 months or so I have gotten my health and fitness on the right track. One of the best decisions I have made in my life was to get my pt as I wouldn't have tried things out of my comfort zone like going into a section of the gym where everyone using the weights and look like some form the hulk or trying to be. as well as getting me into running which I swore that she would never get me doing. Now I'm planning on doing my first (hopefully of many to come) race for life

The staff at this very accommodating gym are always available to assist you with any challenges you might be experiencing. The facility is nicely maintained and welcoming. The classes are usually amazing motivating, and enthusiastic ( even when it is really early!) and that is just what I need. Thank you particularly to Alan, my personal trainer. Without your inspiration and support, I couldn't do it!

The Gym Group Blackpool is excellent. I have been going since they opened 6 years ago. Light bright and clean with loads of equipment. All the staff are friendly and helpful and the Manager Jamie keeps it all running like a well oiled machine. Overall a great gym suitable for everyone whatever your age or experience. Excellent value with free WIFI & parking.

The gym is a good place to be, the staff are friendly and welcoming and there is plenty of space and equipment. I regularly take part in classes with Jamie, Alan, Hannah and Em which are all top quality, great energy and suitable for all abilities. I’d say that is the best thing at the gym in Blackpool is that everyone is made to feel welcome and encouraged even with just a hi or a smile.
