Worts customer service ever. First bed in bad conditions…. 4 months after my original order… took months to get it replace. Had to call numerous number of times, would say someone would call back … but of course not… never got any reply to my e-mails. They just take your credit card number over the phone without sending you invoice so when you call to know about your order … they just don’t know!! No trace of it…I thought they had taken my order … as I was not getting a reply I called back. Turn out the they misplaced the credit card numbers so never took the order …but never called back to inform me!!! In short find another store!

Wonderful experience from show room to delivery. Sal was very helpful while giving us space to discuss the many options. Got a loft bed and mattress that my 7 year old loves. Delivery was seamless with all of the boxes brought from truck to room without issue. I didn’t have to do anything but point out where everything went. We even made some small adjustments to the design to fit our space (flipped the table from under the bed to being on the other side)and they did it without batting an eye.

We love this bed and the quality is great. Much more then we expected. I definitely recommend.The bed arrived a week sooner than promised. It was well packaged and no damage. The bed was pretty easy to assemble overall. My husband did it all on his own in about 3 hrs. It is well constructed and super cute. My daughters loves it!

I purchased a bunker bed with trundle and the delivery was on time and the purchase was smooth. Highly recommend this store for bunker bed models

Worst experience I've had buying furniture. Was promised 3-4 weeks wait time by the owner, when I called 6 weeks later to inquire I was told it's coming next week" thats lasted for the next 6 weeks.Half of what we ordered was finally delivered 3 months later

Worst experience ever. I am writing this review for my wife. Sur has hard à hard Time dealing with this Company for quite some time now. They had agrée to refund a special piece she ordered for the bed but that finale did not fit. And at the same Time ordered another piece we where missing... but the service was so bad she decided to write a bad review ( cf last review) . Well they cancelled the order and refund after reading the review!! And did not even bother to call to let us know... my wife was informed when she called again because she was not receiving the piece...they admitted doing that because of the review!!! so I would strongly advise not to buy from this store !!!

Purchased a Max and Lily full over full bunk bed with trundle.Have not used the bed yet( very soon my grand kids will be using) the service was amazing. I dealt with Sal. He was very nice, helpful and patient. Zaher the installer was also very nice. Overall a great experience.

Buyer Beware!!It has been trouble from the start after purchasing a bunk bed from this shop. I bought a max and lily twin over full last Nov. After following up with them numerous times, the bed was finally delivered 1.5 months later and 5 days later, my very light, non-naughty 6 yr old went into the full bed to sleep and the slat broke in half. Called the shop the next day - a very rude woman told me that it was because of the knots in the wood and these things happen!! No apologies.I was asked to pick up a replacement slat from their warehouse totally on the other side of the town and flat refused to deliver it home despite promising that earlier.ok, went to the warehouse, nobody there, spent an hour waiting for someone to turn up, again the rude woman on the phone told me that they m ight have left for the day(despite having an appointment, again, no apologies). after fighting for half an hr, someone turns up and gives a cheap plywood slat which doesnt even fit properly.Few more days later, another slat breaks, I didnt even bother to call them up as I knew it would be totally useless. I now have a huge useless bunk bed sitting in the bedroom coz my kids are too afraid to use it. From the picture you can see most of the slats have many knots and is very weak. Very poor quality.Needless to say, super disappointing experience! stay away from this shop

We ordered bunk beds online and they were one of the few sites with good quality stock available. However, our plans then changed and I called to see if a refund was possible. Since our order had not yet shipped, we received a full refund and it was processed very quickly. Great customer service!

I first bought a loft bed (matrix bed) for my son when he was 3 yrs old. We just picked up the extension kit to make his bed higher, he's now 8 yrs old. Years later the staff are still friendly and so helpful. The product is made well and a practical solution.
