Quicken Support Phone Number

Quicken Support picked up dramatically since the new company bought them out, but now, it seems the support reps are using chatgpt to get the answers. I can't get anyone on the line anymore that has the remotest clue about the software. Instead of giving you a solution using the most obvious way, they have you jump through a bunch of hoops which just resets all your cloud data and makes a bunch more work for you. They always think the problem is with my file and it never is. It's almost always a bug.

The help desk was amazing. I lost all of my data and the Quicken software from my computer. It looks like there was some sort of error that caused my microsoft software to shutdown and as a result the Quicken would no longer work. The quicken tech fixed my corrupted files and reinstalled my last backup into the quicken software. I Highly recommend the IT service team.

If I could post Zero stars I would .Quicken Canada has worsened over the years and I have used it since 2006. No support.Current issues: Bank issued new bank card with new number. Cannot change on Quicken and cannot upload data manually and cannot add new card with new number. When I tried to import data from bank website then Quicken closes and no data is entered. I use this for a business account! I validated the file and got a circle with a straight line through it to show the two bank accounts in question have a problem.Also, Bank of Nova Scotia (BNS) reports Can $ transactions in the register in Can $ but shows them in the reports as if they were US $ and converts them to Can equivalent.Cannot download BNS transactions through Quicken but must export as QIF file and then it only works sometimes and asks for US exchange rate. This has been an issue for over 2 years but not fixed. Last response from Support was that they knew about it but could not fix it.I log in to my Quicken account and go to Chat Support. It tells me I will get directed to the right area for my account if I log in. I'm already logged in and I click on the link again and it freezes. Conclusion, there is NO SUPPORT!. Totally exasperated with Quicken!
