I worked with Jeremy to have 4 trees pruned in my yard. He was very knowledgeable, straightforward and informative about his recommendations and very pleasant to deal with. He is very concerned about the health of the trees and suggests the best plan to preserve the integrity of the trees. The rates are extremely reasonable and Jeremy is not a pushy salesperson, he truly seems to want to do the best for the customer and the trees. I would definitely recommend this business to others.

While school was getting out, and it being a playground zone, their truck chose to speed thru the zone with children everywhere, then tailgated and gave obscene gestures to people driving the speed limit. Absolutely dangerous and unprofessional

One of their trucks was speeding through a school zone today as school was letting out. When vehicles were doing the designated 30 km/hr the man driving was tailgating vehicles and giving the middle finger to other drivers. He was getting angry as drivers slowed down or stopped for children to cross the road and at one intersection swerved around the vehicle that had stopped for pedestrians. He had no regard for the safety of the children or the other vehicles on the road. I would never use a company that is this unprofessional and disrespectful!!!!!

Jeremy was referred to us by our neighbour after he removing a diseased tree from his yard last year. On both occasions Jeremy was professional & courteous. He showed up on time & completly cleaned up afterwards. He was also very kind to both my dogs! I would use Southshore again & again if needed.
