Absolute *bleep* show. Place went down the tubes 15+yrs ago when a jerk by the name of Jim Westover ruined this place. A cesspit that ruined a lot of good men and destroyed many lives.

I find working at Dana a rewarding experience I have learned many things and done somethings I have not done before. They people are great to work with and Management people seem to care about us .The last 3 years have been a rewarding experience and I would gladly recommend them to work for. I am now into 5 yrs at Dana and going strong company is taking future very seriously. I'm liking the Afternoon shift get sleep and eating properly.
