Each call is answered quickly and the representatives always answer my questions with knowledge and reliability. They are very, very nice. I think the longest I have waited is about 3 minutes when calling.I receive the brand Wellbutrin XL because the generic does not work for me. In the US, the lowest price is at Walmart and it is $2,180 per month (I do not have insurance). Here the price changes very slightly each 3 months but, for example, I just paid for the next 3 month supply from CPW and the total was $40/month (or total about $119). So they have been a bit of a lifesaver for me.... in the literal and metaphorical sense.It takes about 6 weeks to get the medicine (more or less depending on where it is shipped from) - this is NOT their fault though... they are not able to legally rush any order or expediate shipping. My doctor has me order the new three months when I still have a month left so that they arrive when I need them.

This is my second time using this company to try and get a script. The first time was difficult and the second time was a nearly impossible. I would not recommend to friends or family.Very bad customer service. I’ve emailed them with concerns and still have yet to get response. They seem to habitually lose prescriptions ,so you have to send in multiple times. They seem to always have a reason to not fill your script. First it was we didn’t receive script even after 2 attempts from my dr to get it to them. After calling a third time they mysteriously found both faxes. Then after getting script they claimed it was grainy and didn’t have Dr signature on it , after that it was they don’t take cc payments, after that it was script doesn’t match order. I finally gave up trying. I sent them email explaining why and never got response. I am now using local pharmacy and discount card and price is at least in the same ballpark. Bottom line way too much hassle and no customer service. Try somewhere else first.

I have been ordering from Canadian Pharmacy World for a little over a year. Customer Service agents are super helpful. Simply upload prescriptions and order online or by phone. I live in the middle of USA and getting the prescription takes 1-2 weeks so plan for that. Amazingly shipping is free. I save $155 every month by using this company. I'm thrilled with the products and the service. Highly recommend that you use them too.

I've made 4 orders over the last year, and all the prescriptions have arrived earlier than the estimates the game. The prices for generics are nothing short of astounding. Customer service has been very helpful and have answered right away during business hours. All the orders I've had came with tracking numbers that tie into USPS, even orders where the medication originated in India. These folks are great.

This is the best online pharmacy in the world. They call you to double-check your information and make sure that everything is correct with your billing information. They are very helpful answer any questions you may have with drug interactions, and will contact you first if there's any problems with your prescription medication. I have not had any issues with any of their services or products, they are the best.

I've been using Canadian Pharmacy World for a few years now and have been consistently happy with their service and product. It was a little scary at first going outside of the US, especially if selecting the lower cost suppliers that they offer from India, but I have never been disappointed. Indian sources are lower cost but take up to three weeks for delivery compared to 1-2 weeks for Canadian sources, but the quality seems the same as in the US. You will have to get a hard copy of your Rx from your doctor to scan and upload to the website, then a CS rep usually calls you to verify your order and charge card, and then the product appears in your mailbox 10-21 days after. They say what they'll do, they do what they say and you save a ton of money.

Jerked me around, made me go back and forth with my provider on not receiving the Rx. Turned out they did receive it, just wouldn't fill it. They wasted 2 weeks of my time when that could have been professionally stated from the start. What a terrible company.

Just did my first refill. Took less than 5 minutes online. Now that all my info is in their system this really is a breeze. Got an email confirmation immediately AND a call from a live person with that lovely Canadian accent a few minutes later confirming everything. Confident that the order will indeed show up soon as per previous experience, I am very happy with the service and of course the prices. I did have a few hiccups on the first order. I had attempted to use Paypal, and due to NSF (my bad!) it screwed up everything. Their system didn't detect the problem, hence only 4 stars. I think they did fix that glitch on their end. Anyway, I've been using the med for many months now. It's effective, totally legit, great value. The only issue, albeit minor and inherent to online ordering, is that you have to get a written script and email front & back images. No call-in scripts.Incidentally, the lone 1-star reviewer here must be a troll based on my experience with this company.

Pretty good. My first order was held at the post office and I had to go sign for it. The next was delivered to my home. Had an issue with a change to their billing options and a refill expiring, which led to a delay in receiving my next refill. The prices could be better. $89 for a prescription from New Zealand which takes 3 weeks to get or $129 for a script from Canada which takes a week to get. Feels a little like extortion.
