Please do yourself a favour and hire Murray for you your home inspection. I was a first time home buyer and Murray's inspection was detailed, thorough but more importantly easy to understand. He walked me through everything in a language that made sense to me, gave me a report with pictures and all the big stuff I needed to know. He was available for follow up questions and always responded within 24 hours of an email. He even came by personally after I moved in to follow up on a question. He contributed HUGE to the ease of this experience.
