Grand Central 3

We like living here as it's close to skytrain station, the mall and lots of shops, restaurants and parks in the area. We rent and we like our landlord who is responsive but doesn't bother us so much. But the building is poorly managed. We have a first floor terrace and we constantly get garbage, discarded food and lit cigarette butts thrown from the balconies above. It's burned through our toddler's play mats and toys. I've complained many times and have received no response. The buzzer/intercom was broken for months - I don't know how people with mobility issues received packages or food deliveries without having to go to the lobby each time. The elevator breaks all the time and stays like that for weeks. As of writing of this review, it is July and the pool still hasn't opened and no one responds to emails when asked for updates.

Be careful when renting some property on 2975 Atlantic avenue, because today I had my car broken into and my belongings stolen in the garage inside the building! The administration said that I would simply call the police and pay for the repair of the car, in the end they have no responsibility for anything
