I Have to agree with what everyone is saying about customer service. Unplug it, plug it back that was it no help at all. Tv is just over a year old should not be broken already. I will never purchase the hisense brand again and reccomend no one else ever buy this product. What a joke of a company even the guy on the phone knew he works for a shady company.

We recently bought a portable AC and its not working. Customer service is very poor.. its been weeks that we have not receieved any autorization to return it. Hisense please check ur services. Very upset!

Bought a new TV in November 2021 and it was dead after fourteen months. Conveniently just outside their one year warranty by which point they will have nothing to do with it. Fair enough but I wouldn't risk buying from a TV company that sells more lemons than an Indian fruit market. If a product bites the dust after such a short period (especially with minimal use as was the case) or perhaps it was a result of a wonky firmware update, I'd like to think a company would take a little more responsibility and put in even the tiniest of effort helping their customers.Do yourself a favour and stick with a proper company or better yet, put your thousand bucks toward a puppy or a set of lightsabers from Disney World. Whatever floats your boat.

DO NOT BUY ANY HISENSE PRODUCT! If you do however make this mistake, as I did hope that it doesn’t break because you won’t get it repaired or replaced if it is still under warranty. YOU the customer will have to constantly telephone Hisense to find any information on any potential repair or replacement, of which there is not. YOU customer will constantly be on hold while someone “escalates the matter” to management. YOU the customer will consistently be told Hisenses favourite line “someone will contact you within 24-48 business hours” but nobody ever does. YOU the customer will be told vastly differing stories by Hisense and the repair company Transglobal Service, who are also quite useless. It’s almost like they are in league together to lie and mislead people. I’d say valuable customer but they really do not care about customers or customer service because let’s face it they’ve already had your money. Why would they need to do anything else? Your warranty, as they call it, is basically worthless as they have absolutely no intention of honouring it. The plan, it seems is to make it as inconvenient as possible for you to get anywhere to the point where you get fed up and purchase a replacement yourself and leave them alone. Then their job of mislead and thievery is complete. I know nobody from Hisense will respond to this because they really don’t care. Their only objective is to take your money and that be an end of it.You are actually very lucky to get 1 star as there was not an option to give no stars!

Absolute garbage products!!! Do not buy, it’s a total waste of money. I just bought a brand new Hisense smart tv and it won’t connect to the internet for anything. I’ve unplugged it, factory reset it multiple times, unplugged my router and nothing will work. The Hisense website is absolutely no help at all, they don’t answer the phones, and the FAQs are irrelevant and unhelpful. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this brand.

Stay away from buying ANY of their products! Their customer support is atrocious! They never call you back after promising they will. They refused to fix a coding problem with their own Alexa skill that links their Portable AC unit. So every customer who owns the same portable AC unit I have, are all out of luck and will never be able to use Alexa again if they ever have to disable and try to re-enable. It won't work. The company offered to accept the return however that would leave me out of pocket $350+ since units now on the market cost more. And I can't emphasize how bad their customer service is. They closed my ticket without any notes, rhyme or reason, and never notified me of doing so. I have spent almost 1 year calling them over and over, asking for updates since no one ever called me back for follow up - despite being promised over and over. Just stay away!!

i do not recommend their products at all. my son got a hisense tv about 3 years ago and it was working fine, based on our experience we purchased a 65 inch tv. We got it just under 2 years ago and all of a sudden it stopped working. we were watching tv the night before and the next day it wouldnt turn on. the red light flashes about 3x and then stops. we did the basic troubleshooting, unplugging and replugging it back in & resetting it, but nothing works. we contacted Customer service and they literally us to do the same thing and said we have to find someone ourselves to repair it since its not covered under warranty. And a few months ago my son's tv has a red line at the top of it, which i dont mind because he uses it to game\youtube, but still, the quality isnt the best.I even asked customer service if they have had issues in the past with their 65 inch tv ( as i have seen it in the reviews here) and he said it was a 1 off and they havent heard of this before

Absolute trash don't waste your money on this brand. Customer support is absolutely useless and has no knowledge of what they are doing. My tv started glitching after 2 years, they sent a USB update and now it doesn't even turn on. I need to get it fixed at my cost. Worst product ever.

The worst customer service experience and call center team in history. Not only do they hang up on you, they're unprofessional. Getting a supervisor to call you in regards to exchange is Impossible. I've been waiting for a month in getting my TV issues resolved on a less than 1 year product. I have never provided reviews but hisense your worst service is disastrous. Please stay away from there products! I will be following up with making my experience heard beyond. This is just unacceptable!

Sorry to say that, they are not care about Customers and as the most of reviews very bad customer service.I try to explain my problem after I bought many of TVs for the restaurant but they don’t care and they didn’t listen. I am feeling bad because I trust them and bought many of them.
