I picked up my new Volvo XC40 a few weeks ago having dealt with Keely who was very helpful throughout the process. The staff were very helpful and I had a lovely cup of coffee whilst I was shown around the car. They even helped me set up my phone. Great service all round. Thanks to the whole team for making our purchase so easy.

On the whole our dealings with Marshall have been fair.We did have an issue, post collection of our car, which has since been resolved and regular updates were provided - which has led me to revise my initial rating.In my opinion this could have been easily avoided - perhaps for anyone looking to purchase a used car from them I would recommend running through their completion checklist / handover sheet prior to driving away.Our thanks to the attentions of Dominic for resolving this matter.

Couldn’t of been more helpful even though the car I bought was from a different group. Had issues with a warranty issue/other dealer group and Marshall’s really did sort all the problems out. Even had one of their cars during the first lockdown in 2020 whilst my car was with them for sometime and nothing was to much trouble. The service team genuinely were top notch.

Visited the dealership a few weeks ago to test drive the XC40. Spoke with Andy there and he was really helpful and knowledgeable. He was attentive and took the time to explore our vehicle requirements and explained the specifications of the different vehicles in stock and that could be ordered. Nothing was an issue or a problem for Andy and we cannot fault his customer service. Thank you Andy.

Our experience at Marshalls really stood out as excellent, the way car sales should be in 2023 but was not anywhere else we visited. The sales person India Cousins so obviously did that little bit more than anyone else from other retailers - from a nice video message of the car, arranging a visit, explaining all the options and process in an easy and polite way - we’d only have good things to say about Marshalls and have a car we really like. A brilliant result and 5 star staff!

Wretched. After calling to book an appointment for a test drive and paying a reservation fee of £100, I arrived at the dealership on June 2nd. The salesperson wasn't available and was left waiting for 30 minutes before giving up. Asked to see a manager to secure a refund before leaving and this was processed. Still waiting after two weeks for the refund to be credited to my card, it is with a director"

Couldn’t be happier with our new XC40 - love the drive, it’s practicality and very comfortable. Shalom was great, kept us informed and pushed to get us the car as soon as possible knowing both our other cars had died on us at same time. Look forward to doing future business with Shalom and Volvo.

Great at welcoming me when arriving. Was only browsing for a new company car but felt no pressure. Answered all my questions and made me feel welcome but wasn’t trying to force a sale! Thanks to Shay for helping, credit to the team! Hopefully be back later on this year to get an order in! 11/10!
