Nothing but great stuff to say about this gym... the coaches are amazing and the ladies that attend are super friendly and encouraging. They'll show you exactly how to do the workouts so u don't hurt yourself. They also always change up the workouts as well so it never gets boring.

I am truly blessed to have been apart of this team! I really enjoy going there every morning and feeling even better when i go home. These coaches are there for each and everyone of us and its a great feeling inside! Best decision i have ever made to go into this gym

Sorry I never attended Body Maxx until late 2021.The atmosphere is wonderful, the encouragement you receive is outstanding. The personal touch in reaching out to clients to make sure they are enjoying themselves and getting what they signed up for. Putting in the time and effort in providing covid lockdown workouts. I must say Greg and Roxane have gone over and above to make my experience with fitness one that I enjoy so much

Highly recommend Body Maxx to anyone that is looking to get into shape physically and/or mentally. With a welcoming environment and a very supportive team, you are guarenteed to feel like part of one big family! I joined Body Maxx for the kickboxing program with Greg, it was the peice i was missing in my everyday life. Greg was so full of energy and made every class memorable. Even in the midst of the pandemic the coaches were all dedicated to create programs and videos to do at home. A big thank you to the Body Maxx team cant wait to see you all again ☺

Fitness classes at different times of the day to fit your schedule. Programs for full body wellness include eating, mindfulness, yoga. So many class types from weights and hiit to mom and baby. Coaches are all incredible! This is a space where you are completely welcome no matter your fitness level, they challenge you and push you to your full potential. Bodymaxx supports many small businesses and is truly a community partner.
