Worst delivery employees in this company, Regardless of which Market place you use like Amazon, Walmart and so on, they all use this stupid company. Its delivery people always throw packages all the way from driveway to porch doesnt matter if packages says its fragile or not, there is no customer service, no complaints mechanism.

A girl answers the phone from customer service at Nov 10，2021.morning 9:30am,Very rude. Asked a lot of questions. She only answered that I don't know.Since she didn't know anything. Why can she answer customer service calls，Such companies have such employees. You can imagine what kind of company it is

Delivered my package to wrong address and refused to pick it up and send to correct address . Customer service is useless - cannot resolve any issue they just stopped communicating. I can’t believe a company with drivers out all day long cannot pick up a package and reroute it.

Terrible customer service. We are trying to reach the delivery dispatcher for a week without success, not even a single call back or email replied with information about our shipment and delivery ETA. Currently waiting for a response to be able to collect my shipment in person from their warehouse.

WORST service I ever had with a shipping company RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL lady at dispatch or services desk called me about my order that they Were dropping it off before my shop was even open when I already noted to them days before the shipment that I didn’t want it to be shipped till after 12. She said she didn’t care and they are leaving it out side. I told they lady just take it back because it’s a bad neighborhood and they will be stolen she said I don’t care how unprofessional I have 5 shops and if she was my worker she would been fired on the spot. The owners or managers maybe don’t know but maybe they need to read these reviews. How unprofessional and rude. I even called the company that use this Shipping company told him I will never order from him if he uses the shipping company again he also stated he sick of them.

The person working in dispatch Waseem Ansari is very rude, impolite and disrespectful. He talks like he owns the company. He treats drivers like second class citizens, on true note he doesn’t deserve the position he is on as the way he handles customers. I hope they hire someone who align with their company polices.

My package was returned back to them by my former apartment weeks ago, yet they claim to have not received it.Service here is so poor, they don’t keep proper track of packages.No logs or data apprentlyI just hope they haven’t misplaced my package
