Great place and everything needed to wash your dog on site

Everything you need! A great set up and very reasonably priced for machine. Only thing is I would bring a dog hair brush for long haired dogs.

Super efficient dog wash. Everything one needs; odor buster, oatmeal detergent, hot water rinse, wet/dry vacuum, blow dryer and various fragrances. 2 walk up s.s. tubs. Pay with coins or credit card.

Always friendly, but bathrooms are really dirty and barely any donuts but it is a busy place

Oh My God. Let me tell you. We were heading back to Ottawa from Toronto at 9:30 pm on a Sunday when our cat got super sick in the car all over himself. With absolutely nowhere to go, we bought some cleaning supplies (water bottles, paper towels, disinfectant for the crate) and were going to clean our cat in the parking lot when we saw a car wash sign with PET WASH written in smaller writing next to it. Hallelujah. This place saved our butts. Someone was clearly looking out for us from above. Washed our kitty and the crate in the large tub (THEY TAKE CREDIT CARD), disinfected, bought a nice drying towel for $2 from the machine, and got back on our way to Ottawa. All this to say: Dear Brockville Pet Wash - you saved this 8 month pregnant woman a lot of headache and I’ll never forget it!

Very well maintained, clean, and organized pet wash. Just wish that they were a little bit more transparent about their pricing. $5 is the minimum which covers about 4 minutes, and the price charged to your card increases without warning after that.
