Extremely impressed with Dr. Joshi. I felt that he really took the time to explain things to us, especially about my dry eyes that I haven’t had explained to me before. You can feel that Dr. Joshi really cares for his patients ocular health and is more then happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have.We also bought prescription glasses here as well. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and the optical was very clean and well organized. They have a very nice selection and I will happily recommend Seaton Vision Care to friends and family.

I had my eye exam here and have to commend Dr. Joshi and his wonderful team. The facilities are great, the staff is friendly and Dr. Joshi is awesome and incredibly thorough. He takes the time to explain everything and offers practical solutions to any issues you are having. I can see myself and my family coming here for years to come. Best customer service, and patient care! I cannot give this team enough praise and gratitude for the service I received today. I had an urgent situation come up where I needed to see an optometrist the same day for an eye injury. I called Seaton Vision Care and was greeted over the phone by the most friendliest and lovely receptionist. She was so kind and understanding, and went out of her way to seek advice from the doctor to see how they could best assist me, given my circumstance. The receptionist booked me in to see Dr. Joshi for a virtual apt within a few hours, same day, without being a regular patient. Dr. Joshi was very kind, thorough and provided me with the advice and prescription I needed for treatment of my eye injury. He even walked the prescription script and eye drops out to my car for curbside pick-up. Dr. Joshi and his team are amazing at Seaton Vision Care. I highly recommend this clinic! I went to Seaton Vision Care recently for an eye exam. Dr.Joshi is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He conducted a number of eye exams to recommend the perfect products for my dry eyes. The service is excellent and I was able to pick from a wide variety of glasses. All staff are very kind and welcoming. Overall, I had a great experience at Seaton, highly recommend!

I purchased my glasses at this establishment a couple of years ago, thinking I made a good decision based on reviews. Upon having my check up with the doctor, it appears that the incorrect prescription was applied to my lenses. So for the last two years I've been wearing incorrectly prepared prescription glasses. Extremely disappointed that instructions could not be followed.

Dr. Joshi was super kind and thorough with mine and my wife's exam. He was also kind enough to check in with us while we shopped for sunglasses and gave me his fashion advice LOL. Really down-to-earth guy and very nice. The other gentleman who cashes you out for the glasses is also very kind and gave us a great deal. Finally, the ladies who take your initial exam and handle the reception are also very welcoming and extremely appreciated for all that they do with the administration side of things. Thank you to all for welcoming us on our first visit here. Can't wait to pick up our new sunglasses in a few days!
