I am really thankful to Dr. Renee Ingram and dental staff for saving my son’s teeth and handling him with patience and dedication.

Would rate lower if I could. Mental health services are massively lacking. Would rather send home a kid who is suicidal than actually treat them. It's basically we won't do anything until the child has hurt themselves.

It is not acceptable that there are not enough beds and staff in this hospital.I cannot call it a hospital as they are not able to take care of the patients.It is better they close it; so, we know that we should go to other provinces and do not waste our time in this place.

Excellent staff! A huge thank you from Toronto to all the staff particularly of the 7th floor for going above and beyond in assisting my mother ( Carol ) after her lumpectomy surgery and for placing her in a room directly in front of the nursing station. They have a room service style food ordering system which allows patients ( free 3 times a day ) and visitors ( $7 & $10 ) to order from a choice of 10 yes 10 different menus such as post-op, pre-natal, Halal, low sodium and more 24/7 -- each have an enormous selection. I ordered breakfast and it was well above expectations and steaming hot. Without a doubt the IWK far exceeded expectations. Parking is $14 a day and families of patients can buy weekly parking for $30 first week and $25 for second week onwards. OUTSTANDING!!

My son was there today for surgery. He had to get tubes in his ears and get fluid/infection taking out of his ears where ear infections occur. The level of service, communication, information, the procedure, how they took care of our son and us parents was nothing but incredible! Both of our children were born at the IWK and was amazing also. The IWK is the best children's hospital one could ever hope for! The people that we dealt with are so professional and I recommend this hospital at the highest level. Thank you to all the staff we dealt with.. you are all so great and remarkable at your jobs!!

Here for my kids the staff is always nice but shouldn't have to travel from the CBRM with the one of the biggest Hospital there as well.

Just got my nose fixed after a break, the nurses and doctors are super nice, thanks doctor Corston and his crew!

Thank you so much for the dedicated team, doctors and nurses!Special thanks to Dr. Stone who saved my life during a c section and the doctors and nurses who assisted her at that time ( I’m sorry I don’t remember all the names) . Thank you for your professionalism and quick action otherwise I wouldn’t be able to raise my kids today.

ONLY reason why we are giving any recognition is because of the fine people that work on the 3rd floor. Special shout out to Dr. Poirier, Dr. Ash, and all of their wonderful nurses who assisted bringing Juliet to this world on Oct 1st. We will never forget you. Otherwise in all honestly the hospital is pretty dirty especially on the 5th floor. Seems like a lot of talking but not much work going on. Your lucky you got the 3rd floor carrying the rest of the team on their shoulders. Appreciate and cherish your workers who do work, and not just the ones there to collect a pay cheque and complain about being overworked. Cheers!!
