It’s a clean and bright place on Yonge street. I really like bubble teas so I chose to go there with two friends to pick up something sweet and tasty.They have some chairs to sit but actually they have room for more seats.Their drinks come in bottles or cups and for both types you can get a combination but only if they have it on their menu.I became very disappointed because they didn’t customize my drink based on my taste and I had to choose something they offer.General speaking, not bad for one time experience but I really don’t like to go to the places that can not make their products to the satisfaction of their customers.

I tried the grapefruit with cheese foam. It was a little sweet even though I said 30% sweet and I didn't love the mini taro balls. Keep them at regular size.

Very small shop with only 3 or 4 tables to sit. Not very impressive with the hygiene of the store. We saw them randomly put the Ingredients and materials. Perhaps it's almost their closing time. Most the item is run out at the time of order. We waited about half hour for our order. The flavor taste like regular bubble tea shop. We have more choices if comes to bubble tea and will seriously considering if will try this again or not. Some shops are being hyped too much on social media.

I found their menu very original and innovative. The Black Milk Tea with Crème brûlée has cream and torched sugar on top, a black milk tea base, and golden pearls which all tasted so fresh! The sweetness was just right. We ordered two of those and it’s one of the best bubble tea experiences I’ve had here in Downtown Toronto.Very polite and friendly customer service compared to other places around the block. Lastly, I enjoyed the visual aesthetic of the place and I will definitely be returning soon.

Great bubble tea, but be prepared to wait a while on busy days. The Milk Green tea was a surprise hit, and the taro topping was insanely good, highly recommend switching up from the usual tapioca.

Tried this place today, will definitely come back !! I love matcha and strawberry drinks in general, and the ones from Machi Machi are delicious !! I love the creativity in the menu !! Can’t wait to try more !!

I've been to the location up in Scarborough so this was my first visit to the downtown location. Drinks are hand crafted to order and tasty as always! Covid safety protocols are in place and the service was quick and friendly!

Ordered a matcha red bean crème brûlée. It was a bit pricey (around $8) but it tasted delicious and came with a dango skewer, which is unique for a bubble tea place. The dango was slightly crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, and it was still warm. Good customer service and cute interior decor. I recommend Machi Machi.

Food - They have a unique spin on bubble tea, which I appreciate. I got the black tea panna cotta, and it was exactly what i expected. Light and seeet. I enjoyed my drink.Service - Was pretty slow, but they only had 2 staff working. They were friendly and professional. Can't ask for more.Ambiance - They have a cute store front and some signage you can take photos near. Since they are in the eaton center. There is a lot you can do.Overall, not bad but nothing I would go out of my way for again.

Cute and clean place with excellent presentation and nice bottles. Tasted quite good. Each drink is about $10 but you do pay for better quality. Fun place for bubble tea.
