I’ve bought several cakes from Courtney’s cakes. All have been really good. I feel the communication process when you email is an issue. I ordered a cake on Jan 24th in enough time for my 6 year olds granddaughters birthday Feb 18th. I got an email (not an automated response) saying she would love to help with my Ariel themed cake, asking what date. Then no further communication after date was provided. Thinking it will be ready for Feb 18th, phoned to see a time I could pick up. She stated that she couldn’t do a cake in 2 days. After I provided all information from email. No apology for their mistake. I got a sorry but she couldn’t do that in 2 days. Even though there was more than enough time.

Ordered cake for my dog 1st birthday. And it was super good. And courtney was very helpful. Definitely ordering again.

ordered a birthday cake for wife....they were able to customize the cake for our prefered theme of a tropical beach...tastes great as well.. highly recommended ...thank you for making our day special :)

Asked for happy 24th bday on cake got it with happy 21st. The cake was super dry. Asked for guns on cake, there were no guns.... I called and they said since the cake is vegan she cant do gun designs... yet there was icing on the cake? Seems like a lie. Terrible customer service she yelled at me on the phone. Save your money time and a lot of disappointment and don’t go here!

Called Courtney to place an order for a friend on her special day (from the US). She did an amazing job getting a cake ready last minute and even delivered. We were both pleased with her work and the cake was delicious. Will try her bakery again!

Amazing experience with Courtney! My girlfriend is currently living in Brandon for work. I wanted to send her some yummy baked treats but being in Toronto, could not get them to her myself. Courtney assured that she would be able to complete the order and delivery it to her location. She provided me with many options that were available. Courtney was great at handling the order AND making sure it arrived on time. The cakes were beautifully made and tasted just as good. Thank you for such a great experience.

My family ordered 2 cakes for my grandparents and great aunt and uncles 60th anniversaries, we ordered a carrot cake and chocolate fudge. We wanted a simple black and silver design with no fondant, what we got was severely disappointing on such a special occasion. When we got the cakes they were white and green with fondant, the carrot cake was just a dry spice cake and was over all just terrible. To put the cherry on top when my mother had messaged courtney to let her know that we didnt get what we ordered, she just left the message on read. Needless to say from my experience Courtney is a terrible business owner.

I have specially ordered 3 different vegan deserts from Courtney now and they’ve all been incredible!! Non vegans and vegans all RAVED about them! Amazing experiences and fantastic deserts. definitely recommend!!

Emailed to ask about custom cupcakes 1 month before my sons birthday. Courtney emailed me back to ask for a photo of what I was looking for so I sent the photo. Then she didn’t respond. I sent a follow up email in case it got missed somehow and still no response. Poor customer service. Don’t waste your time.

The first year I ordered a cake it was pretty good but the buttercream design I didn't like. This year, the cake tasted pretty good again but looked and tasted completely different from the one I ordered last year (ordered same flavour and filling, etc.) And it was like she didn't even try to make it nice...just rushed to get it done.Safe to say I won't be ordering there again.
