I dropped off my iPad in February to be repaired. It took forever for them to get back to me with a quote on repairs. I called them weeks later and they told me that further investigation was needed and a quote will be given to me once they did. It’s now May and I have heard nothing from them. I called them again and now they are playing phone tag with some technician to see what’s going on. They tell me that parts have magically arrived yesterday and they left me a text message ( no message ) stating that they figured one issue but there are more “symptoms”. At this point I am going to simply take my tablet somewhere else to be fixed. This is ridiculous. I can’t even pick it up until next week because the “technician”isn’t in until later next week.Wow ! Just, wow !!

My iPad battery was cooked and needed a replacement. Banana service replaced it in under a days time and got back to me with a extremely fair price. Best computer/iPhone repair shop in town hands down. Never lets me down.

My laptop need an new battery and they said they placed an order from the factory and will let me know when it arrived.It had been solid 6 months. i contacted them like 20 times. But in the most of times i can only reach the voice mail, in the few times i reached a human they just told me to keep waiting.I'm so done i cant waste any more time here. And i recommend you dont waste your time as well.

My recent visit to Banana Services was in particularly trying circumstances since my old phone had crashed suddenly and completely. They were very helpful and compassionate and really went the extra mile to get me set up quickly with a replacement. Hopefully some precious memories that were not synced will prove retrievable from my old phone. I'd heard that they're the best in town so fingers crossed.

They were okay, not my usual repair place. Offered repair on two phones, one with battery damage the other severe water damage. Slow repair, took over a week, and they were unable to override the passwords on the phones, the text data was what was requested... Also the repairs were VERY expensive costing almost 900 for two devices. Overall for near 1k I would think they would be able to work a little faster and without as much assistance from the client. I am still waiting to see what they have accomplished a week later.*edit, it took three weeks to get both phones and information back. The Samsung still hasn't been unlocked, and they tried so many times it locks you out for over an hour each time now. Super disappointed in the quality of the service and the repair of the product. They were unclear as to what they were capable of doing and the cost. For close to 1 k of work you would think the end result would be a two usable phones. Nope. The iPhone is a brick. They pulled the data off it (not all data) and gave me back a memory stick ( that had to be paid for) and a dead phone the Samsung now turns on. But we can't get into it... dissatisfaction guaranteed

I would not recommend this place at all. Brought a laptop in on Tuesday to get fixed. I was told they would call me with estimate. They did not. I called them on Thursday and found out estimate, and gave them the go ahead to fix it. They said it would be ready on Saturday and they would call me. Well, they did not. I called Monday morning, repairs are not even started. I picked up the laptop as I could not wait any longer. The laptop was in worst condition than when I brought it in. I had to buy a new laptop this morning. No customer service!!! I definitely will not be going back!I did give them a chance to make it right as per the comments below from owner and a call received from the owner as well. I am pleased to say that store owner made efforts to help and we came to a reasonable agreement. I still had to fork money for a new laptop so I wish the service would have been great from the start but at least they took to time to help afterward and I am giving them much credit for that. So 3 stars and no longer one.

Basically said I do not know nothing about fixing phones I Repaired my phone I have been repairing electronics for over 25 years I know how to fix phones

I took my son's iPhone in to repair the charging port. We had tried all of the online tips and tricks, but couldn't get it charging.We were cheerfully greeted by Bahroz (I hope I spelled it right, sorry). He immediately inspected the phone, and much to my embarrassment, he pulled a large piece of lint out of the port. After a quick cleaning, the phone was good to go. It took two minutes, and he did his job with a smile. Very kind gentleman. I highly recommend this store. I will definitely go back for any computer/phone repairs in the future.

Excellent customer service! They took the time to explain how to optimize the performance of the new battery they replaced in my phone. They told me the replacement would take 3-4 hours, that surprised me a little bc I thought it would be a simple switch, but I also have no idea how many other repairs they had from previous days. But I think it's awesome it was done the same day, I felt pretty inadequate without my phone on me

Heard bad things about banana replace as I was unaware bo the new owner kept the same company name but he boyghthe store new ownership, Bo was incredibly smart and has always had fair prices and would always do his best to be fair with customers was 2 days late with a laptop fix and gave me a free wireless charger shoutout to an honest fair store
