Could have been a great relationship, liked the preliminary results, however, I felt the team could not effectively communicate how to overcome implementation obstacles. Nobody ever picks up the phone and despite repeated requests for a phone call, none ever came. Eventually had to abandon project and move it elsewhere. If you like to communicate via email all the time, could be a good fit for you. Further, they had the nerve to get upset at me for getting upset at them. I think Covid has made may individuals forget how to verbally communicate with each other.
