I don't like the layout of the houses, not a lot of privacy but the close community and pricing is fair. I believe this project is behind in finishing.

Condos are new but construction quality is low. The garage steps have cracked and fallen apart in huge chunks. Locked garage access constantly broken allowing anyone to access. Contractors coming in and out daily to repair what was missed. Management office hours are never correct. Superintendent not onsite so they are not responsive or helpful.
