This has been by far one of the best experiences we've ever had with ANY contractor. Steven is very helpful and takes the time to make sure your questions are answered, and everything is explained. He is extremely knowledgeable; he takes pride in what he does, and it shows in the results. It's not just Graves, but the other contracted crews involved are all top notch as well. Willy and the excavation crew are professional and hard working. We actually asked him and his crew to come and do other projects for us because we really liked his work ethic, and we trust him. They will make sure it’s done right. The Graves build crew are all professional and will take the time to explain or listen to what you need. James in the office is responsive and very helpful. The project was done on time and for what was quoted. We couldn't be happier with the whole experience. We were hesitant to go with a professional builder because it's expensive, but we found it was worth every penny. We have no regrets and consider ourselves lucky to have come across these guys. We'd trust them with any project through and through.

They didn't seem too interested. Just a prompt reply with their price lists and an offer for a site visit. Personally, I like to have someone try to sell me on their product. Maybe those days are gone...

I hired Graves Barns & Buildings to built a double garage a couple of years ago. There were numerous challenges with the job. However, Graves immediately acknowledged their mistakes and corrected the challenges immediately.
