Long waits and have to pay for a dog timbit. We just moved here from out of town. Our home town tim Hortons loves our dogs coming thru the drive thru and are always free dog timbits.

Terrible slow service! We stopped in this afternoon for a quick snack and waited in line for 15 minutes. There were only two customers in front of us, and at least 8 staff behind the counter. We finally gave up and left. Definitely not fast " food. You'd get faster service and probably better coffee by visiting one of local restaurants instead."

Took over a half hour in the drive through to get our food, while the line was short. When we got to the window they were out of almost everything we ordered. Workers were rude and coffee for our order took 10 minutes to make. Unprofessional service and extremely slow. I would never recommend.

Sorry, it's very hard to understand the staff at the drive thru, so now it takes forever because they have to repeat everything twice or three times for every car.

It's a Tim's fresh from frozen donuts coffee- won't go there! If ya into sugary frozen drinks we'll tis a place for you ,, to bad all cups n mugs are made in China service stops as soon as money changes hands ....

Tims is really slipping these days. I ordered a Cilantro Lime Chicken wrap for almost $10. There was no Cilantro, or Lime that could be detected on the wrap. I wonder why they even call it that. Should just call it what it is. C.R.A.P.

My husband and 2 little kids waited for 15 minutes for someone to take our order and it didn't happen so we left. There were at least 7 staff working but they were interested in pushing through drive through people so completely ignored us.

LITERALLY THE SLOWEST TIM HORTONS. I’m not sure how a place can be that slow. Husband sat in drive through line for HALF AN HOUR. Literally what?! Like how terrible do these people have to be at their job. Skip going here if you can.
