Smart Clinic

We booked an appointment for 2pm on a Thursday afternoon.After waiting 45 mins we inquired about wait time. We were told, just a few more mins.We weren’t seen until 3 pm. No reason or any warning was given. A gentleman who arrived 15 mins after us, was taken in after waiting 15 mins.When we approached the administrators they explained that they were not informed by the folks that referred us, seems we weren’t either.They could see we were frustrated and were unbelievably understanding & patient.The doctor & nurse team were also incredible as well as the pharmacy team.Would highly recommend them. Absolutely great service.

This clinic helped me out tremendously at first. But lately the administration staff has been making some dangerous mistakes with prescriptions. Multiple times prescription has been sent to wrong pharmacy or not sent at all on Fridays so I'm left all weekend without any medication. And just recently I've been telling them time and time again I'm going on my honeymoon to Asia for a month and I need a month supply, and what happens? They prescribe me a month supply but it's DISPENSE BI WEEKLY. So that right there absolutely ruined my honeymoon and put me in a very very dangerous position. I have so much respect for the doctors as they work non stop and care alot about patients, but unfortunately that's not the case with the administration staff. Keep this in mind when coming here. Things are hard, I get it but something like this is truly unacceptable and needs to be corrected

I stared going here a few months ago. Started fine but the last three times I've had to get my prescription refilled there has been issues.I had a appointment at 9am, waiting 2 hours to see someone. One time they told me I would have a phone appointment and even though I called them 3 times to make sure I was going to get a phone call they completely forgot about me, I had to ask my pharmacy to extend my methadone for a day so I wouldn't be to sick to go to work. And last time I had my in-person appointment at 1pm and they Still didn't send my prescription to the pharacy by 4:45 and they close at 5. I had to physically walk all the way back up to the clinic and asked in person for them to fax it over.Getting a new prescription every month is honestly the most frustrating part of my month. I've never dealt with a more disorganized place.

Dr. Chiazor is wonderful but every appointment I have attended (in-person and over the phone) I have had to wait at least 1 hour after the scheduled time to speak to her. This clinic books so many appointments in the same time slot which is super frustrating. I have been waiting 3 hours for my phone appointment, and I called twice to confirm she is still phoning me before she leaves. They do not have any respect for patients’ time.I searched hard for doctor who is a woman, is accepting patients, and has an understanding of holistic and mental health and Dr. Chiazor is a great doctor. It’s unfortunate to find that only to spend half my day waiting to be seen even though I scheduled an appointment. If I was not already moving away, I would not continue going to this clinic.

Dr Singh is a terrible doctor who forgets to fax in methadone prescriptions for his patients and leaves the patent sick over the whole weekend leading to possible drug relapse. I have 10 years clean and sober, if it wasn't for my amazing pharmacy team I may have messed up 10 years of recovery all because of dr Singhs absent minded unprofessional and disturbing sense of what it means to be a doctor. Dr Singh you need to do better. Time to sue for malpractice as it's the 8th time this has happened in a year with this clinic.Please dont put your life in jeprody horror by going to this clinic, go to the other one, I sure am switching.Thanks for reading

I really appreciate the Rajdeep and Dr Khosa they helped me twice in 10 days when I was on long trip to Nova Scotia then to cross border to USA they are such a nice team and I usually see Dr Bains he is always helpful but this time he was on vacation but he made sure b4 he went if I need help so I can get it from Dr Khosa I'm a trucker always on road . Thanks Smart Clinic for keep me working

I never write bad reviews but I am very frustrated. This clinic is really bad with keeping up with their appointments (both in person and telephone). They don’t give a time as to when they’ll call so you essentially have to keep your whole day empty and if you miss that call well then you’re out of luck. I’m not expecting down to the minute service but some kind of consideration to my time would be nice.

Dr. Khosa is a very kind and empathetic person who takes time to listen to me and offer multiple recommendations. He is more experienced with trans healthcare than any family doctor I've had previously. And the clinic is so responsive! I'm usually able to get an appointment the same week I call, compared to over a month at my old doctor's office at times. Strongly recommend Smart Clinic to others.
