Tree Banding | Tree Band Aid | Winnipeg | Tree Band Aid is a Winnipeg-based tree banding service, founded in the River Heights area in 2001. Our mandate is to protect our city's beloved tree canopy from cankerworm infestations by installing high quality tree bands at an affordable cost. We thank our long term customers, many of whom have been banding with us for over a decade!

I hired this business last year to do tree banding. They came and did more trees that we asked, but not the one we were most concerned about that I itemized verbally and physically. Eventually they came after many phone calls.They took the bands off in the past 3 weeks, the infestation on the tree that was late to be banded is the absolute worst it has ever been. Our driveway is black as is the street.Before writing this, I have called and left 3x messages and an email. No response.If they called and explained that perhaps this is normal or whatever the reason, we could have worked with them.No response to me is the worst.It suggests, that we (customers)Simply don’t matter.If you want pictures of the massive infestation, email me.

We love using this service to have our trees done. They come automatically in the fall and spring to put the bands on and take them off. We pay by e-transfer and don’t have to worry about doing it ourselves. Highly recommend!

I removed my own bands just yesterday after 3 calls, and 1 email. I recieved 1 phone call back stating that they must have missed" our trees. Was told either that day or by the next day they would be removed. That was not the case. The very 1st instance i had with banding i was billed and marked as complete and they in fact were NOT banded. Ill be choosing another business or banding myself going forward."
