My husband and I just stayed in the lighthouse room and the view was absolutely gorgeous! The breakfast was great and the hosts were kind and gracious! They even went out of their way to get me granola!

Best stay in Baddeck! Best view from the Lighthouse room, wake up to a stunning sunset in an extremely comfortable bed. Hosts are so humble and kind, great chats and good recommendations for food and site seeing. High recommend. We will hopefully be back!

This beautiful home was renovated to be comfortable and well appointed - heated flooring in the bathroom, clean easy-to-open windows, great shower head, gorgeous kitchen. The owner and Christine, the lady who arranges breakfast (which was above average in selection and freshness), were both helpful and friendly. The view from the Lighthouse Room - spectacular. This was by far the best place I stayed at in Nova Scotia (the Halifax Westin Premium Room was a dump compared to the Dunlop Inn). It's location is perfect and the room was absolutely spotless with a very comfortable bed. I highly recommend this accommodation.

loved this little gem in Baddeck. My room had an amazing view of the wharf and water. The bed and bedding were plush and so cozy to sleep after a long day of hiking. The best was the bathroom the floors were heated and the bathroom was clean and modern. The hosts kept water and creamer for guests along with a fantastic little Nespresso machine. The best was the great breakfast in the morning fresh fruit fresh baked goods all served in a quaint dining room Would definitely stay here again

Great stay at the Dunlop Inn. Rooms are small but very pretty - and the common space (TV room, sitting room, dining room, deck, beach chairs) is quite large. Staff is very friendly and accommodating; the view and local amenities are excellent!

Lovely b&b, I’d highly recommend. The decor is cozy and fresh. The owner at the hotel that I signed in at was so kind and very helpful with his presentation and advice on sights to see.I was able to swim out the front steps in the ocean and the Inn has two kayaks that you can use free of charge. Thanks for a great stay!

The best place I stayed at during my visit to NS. The location is central, property is beautiful (view is of the backyard), and the owners are lovely people. Can’t recommend it enough!

Wonderful lakeside house full of character. The best thing is sitting on the deck at the end of the day with a glass of wine looking across the water to the lighthouse. The best restaurant in town (Freight Shed) is just a short walk away along the beach. Ok maybe the bed could have been a bit bigger and the breakfast a little bigger, but don't let that put you off this is really a very nice place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Dunlop Inn..Beautiful rooms on the waterfront and a very enjoyable continental breakfast with plenty of choice..I would highly recommend this wonderful place..Oh and our bed was unbelievably comfortable ☺️

So comfy. Absolutely beautiful house with the front door on the main street and the back door opening to a private deck and dock on the harbor. Gorgeous! Steps from restaurants etc. Comfortable bed. This house had the most beautiful contemporary bathroom of our two week trip. Lots of charming comfortable spaces on the first floor. Breakfast is self serve in the modern kitchen. We highly recommend the Dunlop Inn and it's charming hosts.
