Birchmount Park

Very nice park. If you have a dog it's a great place to have them run around and get that energy out.

Good place for walking, jogging and other outdoor activities....even picnics. It is my daily go to whenever I go jogging.

Beautiful park. Sports facilities for weekend groups.

Gigantic field and truly state of the art sports facilities. Great facility for students of the nearby high school. Even greater facility for the community!

This is a massive area with sports and other community programs. On the west side, the community centre with an indoor swimming, a separate building with an ice rink arena, two caged tennis courts and an outdoor track field with facilities (washrooms and a snack station when events are on). On the east side, a large field with three baseball areas and a big hillside that great for sledding in the winter, safely from traffic.Also on top of the hill is Variety Village, a specialized sports centre for all types of people, young and old with an indoor track, pool and gym. I used to go to this centre when I was young (why exactly I don't remember since my school did have a gym).The people at both centres have always been courteous and helpful. I would recommend these places to anyone.

We are seniors so we like to walk through the park and watch the up and coming athletes practice - Lil ⚽️ soccer, etc

Always good time amazing place to spend the day with the family on especially on Canada letting off works
