Pro-Grade Plumbing

Mike has done work at our cottage on two occasions (in the crawl space): new water lines from kitchen plus shut offs and repair main drain; installed a new water heater, new shut offs and replaced outside hose and all connections. He provided estimates in advance, showed up at the time arranged, worked diligently and completed both jobs within the time and price estimates, cleaned up any debris and took the old water heater away. His work is professional quality and very competent. He and Daniel (apprentice) were both friendly very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I will call Mike again for any plumbing needs that arise (hopefully not too soon).

After researching and reading the reviews of Pro Grade Plumbing, I decided to call them to set up an appointment to originally have my water pump replaced as it had burnt out. Mike came out promptly and was very knowledgeable and efficient with his work. He was very professional, courteous and spoke to me so that I would understand all that was required and why. After everything was said and done, he made my system better and more efficient by reorganizing the original set up that was done prior. He asked questions and also gave me tips and suggested other ways to get my water pressure increased and more effective. Mike had my system up n running with no troubles and in no time whatsoever. He also suggested a bigger pressure tank (as I am on a well system) so the pump doesn’t work as hard and therefore has less on/off sessions. The second time he arrived to install the new pressure tank, he had brought someone from his team to help out. This gentleman also was polite, courteous, professional and efficient. It was a lot of work but the two of them got the job done in no time. I was up n running with a better and more efficient water supply to my house. The quote that he originally quoted me was on par and within my budget. He never tried to sell me anything I didn’t need and did not take advantage of my ignorance by over charging me for any supplies that he had to use. I would definitely call Pro Plumbing again and highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.
