Had an emergency on a Saturday of a long weekend. They fit us in no questions asked. Fast friendly and made sure our dog was very well looked after. Every time we have been on they listen to our concerns and make recommendations accordingly.Thank you!

The location is great to get to, as it's conveniently located on my daily commute. The hours were very accommodating as I could drop off after the morning school run, and pick up before the after school run. They allowed for prepayment, and even though I had chosen a more expensive 3-month flea and tick treatment, they found ear mites, and called me to recommend the less expensive 1-month treatment, which also offered protection against ear mites.The office support staff were friendly and answered all my questions thoroughly and professionally.If there was a 4.9 option, I would have slightly reduced my rating, as I am on a budget, so I wanted to prepay and ensure that I had allocated enough money for Ringo's neutering. There were many add ons, which I chose to add, on the day of surgery, and medications which I had not accounted for. But, only a slight deduction, as they were optional, and not worth dropping a full star.WELL DONE!

Took my cat here several times. Realized after taking her to another vet just how bad this one was.I took her in for a checkup because my cats behaviour was changing and I suspected something was wrong. They said that they didn’t find anything wrong with her. After taking her to another vet, I found out that she has hyperthyroidism and heart disease.During that checkup, they took a blood test. After they took her, I could hear my cat screaming. They told me she would need to be sedated in order for them to get her blood. At the other vet, there was none of this. No screaming, no fuss, no sedatives, and they mentioned how sweet she was.There was also a small bump on her head that I had the vet look at. The vet told me it would “fall off.” When I mentioned that to the other vet, she was puzzled that he would say that and confirmed that it will not fall off…After my experience, I don’t have much trust in this veterinary clinic.

We have been taking our dogs to see Dr Mann for many years. The last time we were there was to discuss putting or dog to sleep. Dr Mann was so compassionate while explaining all the medical problems and giving us a couple of choices of what we could possibly do but he said ultimately it is our choice. I am so thankful for that conversation even though it was a difficult one. Many thanks to all the staff.

While they are super friendly and seem caring, my fur baby went in for basically a check up and to run a few tests, I left with a $600 bill. Also a handful of meds that were unnecessary. I'm sure it's not just this clinic but it makes me never want to bring my animals in ever again.

Our cat was attacked and seriously hurt. They got him in immediately, ,fixed him that same day, and got him back to us. Along the way they constantly kept us updated with reports about him. Incredibly kind staff and owners who truly care about the well-being of the animals and families that come thru their doors.

Dr. Mann was so kind and patient when explaining complicated test results from another clinic, and didn't sell me any unnecessary tests or procedures. The vet tech also spent so much time working out a plan that was suited to our pet and our budget. The whole experience was really pleasant - especially after having a bad experience at another vet prior to our visit at Menzies. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants quality care for their pet!

I was booked in quickly, even though not an emergency visit. It was clean, friendly staff and kid friendly. I had my boys with me. I used to work in vet medicine so I can be judgey when it comes to how they treat and diagnose, I was surprised that we came to a consensus without extra costly diagnostic intervention. My belief is test when absolutely necessary, and treat symptomaticily. Happy with the affordable cost and my results.

10 stars! My husband and I own three Shar-Peis and when our previous Shar-Pei Vet sold his practice, we had to find another vet that was familiar with the Shar-Pei breed. The Menzies Pet Hospital has become our saving grace. We have had surgeries completed, a death, Shar-Pei fever, and so much more.Now, in 2023, they have introduced laser therapy. If anyone has an animal with any ear trouble, this therapy is worth every penny! Our three babies have all had 5 treatments and their personalities have just come to life all of a sudden. Small ear canals are the toughest things to deal with when caring for your animal.Please remember: if you can’t afford proper healthcare for your pet, then please don’t have a pet. Vets are not cheap, they are specialized in various animal species because we as humans like to bring them home. Any negative comments about the cost of your pets healthcare is a reflection on you, not the Veterinary hospital.Lastly, I couldn’t leave this review without mentioning how brilliant, wonderful, patient, and knowledgeable ALL the staff are. We appreciate every minute we are there with our Shar-Peis.

I just got my dog Pepper who will be 10 years old this year teeth cleaned. The office staff were so kind and the machine that cleans the teeth was acting up so they re-booked me so be convenient for me be home to watch Pepper they understood I was concerned because his age and I also got blood work done. Dr.Mann called me and explained everything he gave me options and we made best plan for Pepper yet Dr.Mann was considerate of cost and time, that I want to take good care of my boy. I called to see how Pepper was doing and the office staff were so kind they went and checked to give to a update so appreciate this.
