I am very happy with my experience at Pure Spa, I went for a makeup consult with Alison, who listened to EVERY concern and question I had and worked with me to figure out how to look & feel my best. Definitely going back soon. Beautiful, clean, serene spot.

I had Erin doing a massage. It was excellent. She was very nice, relaxed and thorough. The ambience was great. 100% and can't wait to have another one.

Had an amazing personalized facial with Erin who was very knowledgeable. Lovely calm environment and reasonable priced treatments. I will definitely go back.

I had Erin for my 'Downtown Retreat' package. The spa was very accommodating to modify the package as needed. The atmosphere was fantastic. We started with a pedicure with paraffin wax(my first time having this!) and gel polish. Erin did a fantastic job and left me feeling truly spoiled. Erin seriously does the most relaxing massage with lots of options to make it truly enjoyable for me. I may have dozed off a bit at the end!! The only thing stopping me from giving this spa a 5-star rating is the fact that while having my amazing massage, I could hear people in the other areas of the spa talking. I realise this is a space issue, but I feel that clients paying for the experience of a 90 minute relaxation massage should be able to fully turn every sense off and enjoy without background talking.Jennifer Bos

Been a few times for manicures, pedicures, and massage. Their package deals are quite affordable. The staff are quite fantastic too. Very kind and friendly. Always leave feeling relaxed and beautiful.

My partner and I just did the Staycation package with Britt and Erin and had a fantastic time! The massages were so relaxing and exactly the right amount of pressure too. The pedicures after were the cherry on top of an already superb experience. Everyone at the spa was super friendly and we felt so welcomed and comfortable. I highly recommend all the staff at this spa and a special thank you to Britt and Erin for making my partners birthday so special. Pure Spa is amazing!!! My daughter gave us a couple's massage as a gift and it was just great ☺️. We had such a nice time. The spa is really nicely done, and the staff were professional, skilled, inviting, and fun. We will be back. I would recommend giving yourself a little extra time to find parking before your appointment. It's right down town and you may have to park a little ways away if it's busy out ☺️.

My feet are much prettier now, thanks to Ashley. The spa is clean, bright and friendly and the staff make you feel pampered AND do a great job. Thank you Ashley!
