Customer service varies from associate to associate... some are super helpful and friendly, some apparently would rather congregate behind the checkout and play on their smartphones. One associate laughed in my face when I requested my wood be delivered the same afternoon (turns out Copps was able to arrange that so I'm not sure what was so funny). Other staff members provide differing information on how many wood cuts Copps will do for free, ranging from 0-3. With a little more consistency among staff, I would rather bring my business here than the box stores.

Will not step foot in this place again. Placed a materials list for a quote including delivery. Got one promptly. (Half star) I made it an order. Went into the store and paid with assurance that it would be delivered Friday. Got my guys together for a job on Saturday. The order was not delivered. When I called Friday afternoon asking where the order was i got a response of there was a mistake on our end

Went here for the first time today and was very happy. Up until now I always went to Home Depot for lumber and thought it was normal to dig through a pile of lumber to get just one board that was in acceptable condition. The fence posts I ordered today were perfect, as was the condition of everything else there for lumber. I won’t be shopping at Home Depot or Lowe’s for lumber anymore, this is the place to go in London.

What a crazy year for deck building. I was building 2. One was 42 high and required a permit and the other was 14 " and didn't need a permit..... Sounds straight forward

What a great hardware and building supply store! Well organized easy to find everything. With a friendly, helpful team of professionals. I was quite pleased with the experience. We ordered ahead and everything was brought out to the car for us. Good job!

The most wonderful staff! They were so friendly and helpful, and approached me twice when they could see i wasn’t finding what I was looking for. Went the extra mile in customer service. Something you won’t find at the big box stores these days as I had come from Home Depot running around trying to find somebody forever. Would definitely recommend!!

Tried to order some lumber and 3 pieces of drywall from home depot and they said it would be minimum a week for curb side. I called copps on Dundas street and they had my order filled within 10 minutes. Great service during this time!!!
