Terrible customer service. One week after ordering, I called to inquire and got yelled at by the lady answering the phone, that I was not listening, that she has been doing this for a long time, that we are suppose to know to wait at least three weeks and that I am after her" now because I called. Didn't know just one phone call inquiring was not justify and I deserved to be yelled at. I asked her to calm down because she was angry

A small shop on Burnaby, BC, Canada. They help their customers with custom logo and other clothing marketing materials. The employee was very polite at the time. They have lots of sports teams amongst their customers. It was a bit crowded in there, otherwise nothing to complain about.

Terrible service. Ordered an embroidered hoodie they said would be ready in weeks weeks and it's going to be at least two months. Poor communication, worse service. Just go to the mall instead and they'll do it on the spot rather than 2+ months
