High quality gym equipment with a little something for everyone. We committed to building a home gym for our son who is training for Hockey. The team at Flaman set us up with a conditioning package that is suitable for his training style. The team is very knowledgeable! I took the time to compare the cost of the equipment by getting a few quotes from some other companies. Flaman was cheaper by a whopping $700.00.Highly recommended.

Bryan, store manager, was very helpful during our visit yesterday. We went in store to look at treadmills but after a conversation with Bryan we figured that may not be the best option for us at this time. I appreciated that he was not pushy or just looking to make a sale but instead was honest and seemed like he genuinely cared about us making the right decision for us.

Over the last year, I have purchased two pieces of equipment. Last year a upright Bike through Brandon. Exceptional experience. Had an issue with it this spring and Brandon and Kyle came to the rescue and resolved the issues. Just recently purchased a rowing machine. I bought an Airbike online then requested to be sent to the store to pick up. The online employee and the employee at the Burlington location were so helpful and accommodating. A fantastic first experience highly recommend.

Bought a bowflex bar set here. They have a super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lots of great selection and fair pricing. I would highly recommend to everyone!

NEW TREADMILL - A challenging (read on for full details) but excellent experience overall. Purchase through Bryan was easy, he knew his stuff and gave me a great deal. The delivery (and pick up of my old treadmill) was seamless. The team was awesome. They took their time to make sure to not damage my walls going up and down stairs. I was extremely happy until I tried out the treadmill to realize that there was something wrong with the speed adjustment. Jeff the Service Manager was responsive and quick to contact Dyaco and arrange to have parts replaced. Garfield the Service Tech was great too, but unfortunately after two service visits to replace different parts, and calls to the manufacturer the issue could not be resolved. Jeff and Garfield assured me this rarely (if ever) happens, and they dealt with Dyaco on my behalf to have this defective treadmill swapped out for a new one. The same delivery guys came (busted their butts) and did a great job once again! Calibrate and test and voila the new treadmill worked perfectly. I highly recommend Flaman Burlington for your fitness equipment needs as well as Dyaco (Spirit XT485 treadmill) since they stood behind their product and warranty (and the treadmill is awesome!).

Was interested in buying some equipment. Saw the mask requirement sign on the door - solid. Walked inside, staff lounging around with no masks (approx 12:45 02/26/2022). Will never give business to a store that willfully endangers the safety of its customers.

It is with great pleasure that we are writing to express our satisfaction with our first experience at Flaman Fitness in Burlington, Ontario.My wife and I went to Flaman Fitness for the first time two days ago, looking for a pair of dumbbells. We used the occasion to ask a few questions about home gym equipment as we were also considering buying such equipment at a later date. Bryan Demopolis, the Assistant Manager, shared, with enthusiasm and humor, his vast knowledge and advised us on what type of equipment would be best suited for our goals, needs and budget. He took the time to show us a variety of gym equipment pieces and also to show us how to make the best use of each one. At the end we decided to purchase an Octane MTX Commercial Max Trainer and went back, on a scheduled appointment, to complete the purchase and arrange for delivery next week. Bryan's expertise, experience, interpersonal relations acumen and absolute commitment to excellence in service made the selection and purchase process a real pleasure. We felt that he was genuinely interested in ensuring that our goals and needs are met. It is because of the excellence in client service of people like Bryan that Flaman is now at the top of our list for training equipment. We simply could not have had a better purchase experience.
