I have purchased seven pairs of glasses over the past 15 years from The Optical Boutique and the customer experience has remained as effortless and professional as ever. Karl is always ahead of the trend in North America as he gets designer eyewear from France, Italy, Scandinavia and Japan. The first pair I bought fifteen years ago still hold up to today's eyewear fashion.

Purchased a pair of glasses from Karl and returned 3 days later for a minor concern and ADJUSTMENT service was refused, as he didn't feel it was necessary? I truly believe if a customer has a concern now a complaint due to service opinions, do the service and keep the customer happy . I won't be returning!!!I

Went to a nearby store for supplies for a backpacking trip to asia. Stopped in because my lenses were crooked and missing a screw, bought somewhere else and over 6 years ago. Didn't charge me anything for the fix.Will be my first and only choice for my new prescription.

Been going here to see Carl for my glasses since I was 9 years old, I'm 51 now. My Mom has gone to him since she was pregnant with me. He's awesome and always kind. Would never go anywhere else.

I went here as a recommendation and was happily surprised. The staff are great and very helpful. The selection is awesome compared to other places I had been.I recommend optical boutique if you want a great pair of glasses with great service.

If I could give it 10 stars, I would. Carl was excellent at judging which frames would look good at me and helped me pick one that I adore. Apart from the fabulous high quality collection, Carl provided excellent genuine customer service and answered all my questions. Millennials and everyone else needs to know about this business and the service it provides. My suggestion to the business: Re-invent the logo (font and color), have a couple social media accounts and encourage people to share the pics of their frames #opticalboutique and make the most of the digital advertising to promote their business for next generation. There is so much scope for this business. Good luck.

I wear my glasses every day and consider them face jewellry. Through the years Carl and Maggie have taught me how to find the shape and style of glasses that suit my face. If you want funky, never out of style glasses this is the place to go. If you prefer a more sedate style of face jewellry the Optical Booutique is also for you.
