I had a great experience a couple of weeks ago with Carlos O. and Elvis! They were so helpful. They gave me great suggestions. And they went above and beyond with being kind! Give those guys a raise! Would definitely recommend getting an oil change from them!!!

Have been bringing our 2011 Toyota 4Runner here for years. Never a bad experience or, the biggest, Pushy Salesmen!!! I say no, they are cool with and move to the next item. Elvis, River & Vinny were working on my truck today -oil change and tire rotation. From greeting, getting me out of the bay safely, to payment a great experience and better - an awesome bunch at Delta. Keep up the great work!!

Went to Delta Sonic on Niagara Falls Blvd in NF.The guys were very nice. Quick to get me in. Everyone was helping each other to get the job done quick. Extremely good service from Rod and Elvis .

I called because I needed an inspection done. Carlos O. customer service skills are A+ He took care from start to finish. Great customer service is rare these days so when you have it, it needs to be recognized because all people do nowadays is complain.When the time comes, I will be sure to return to the Niagara Falls location for an oil change. I'd rather drive there then go to the North Buffalo location. Great customer service mean everything to me! Once again, thank you.

Went in today for an oil change and it couldn’t have gone quicker or more seamlessly! Carlos always is so thorough and helpful for oil changes, and with Vinny’s help everything went so smooth. The great customer service is what brings me back every time :)
