Belleville Bus Terminal

Waited 2 hours, to be driven past. Asked driver to hold bus, was told yes, never held. That same bus left early and now im late, after leaving over an hour early because their transit app is not accurate or user friendly. Was then cursed at by driver who said he'd hold the next bus. Do not recommend for any type of service or convince because it's not going to happen.Next day 4 drove past me at King George square AGAIN! AND WAS OVER 15 MINUTES EARLY!GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER THIS IS NOT OKAY.

Would like to see someone fix those vending snack machines. They are not giving customers their treats, and not giving customers their money back. Thank you.

I love the new terminal! Clean and bright, the washrooms aren't open very early but the security were able to open the ladies washroom for my daughter a few times when we were there early to take the bus to her sitter/school. Love the vending machines, a little pricey but good. Lots of seating inside.

The company I work for is only allowed to use platform 7 and the Belleville transit drivers always park at platform 7 after they have done a drop or pickup. They won't move until I start to load or unload behind them partly in platform 6 area or after when I have to go around them when I'm finished.

A lot of the bus drivers are unprofessional and you can tell which ones smoke because most of them rush the routes making it so you have to leave 15 minutes early just to make sure you catch the early ones.. if you're not 15 minutes early, you're late and you absolutely have to catch the bus an hour early for work because the rate at which you miss the transfer is pathetic. I've had 3 decent bus drivers that could drive, follow their schedules and be professional and courteous. Racism has also been witnessed with a few of the older male drivers. Overall, the worst transit system in the northern hemisphere.. Belleville should be ashamed being one of the worst but cheapest places to live..

Sitting on the number 4 Monday, October 17th at about 10:40/11:00am and the driver just yelled at some woman to take out her earbuds for absolutely no reason. Very childish behavior if you ask me.

The building looks decent from the outside. Lots of...interesting folks hanging our inside can make the place a bit uncomfortable. Bathrooms are usually in a state of disarray. The majority of buses run on time with the exception of the 6 which is typical 5-10 minutes late so you'll end up missing your connection.

Out-of-town buses always on-time or early! The terminal is not always open for use of the washroom or other purchases, but is usually clean and quick when it is.

The service is improving, but still has a long way to go in terms of catching up to excellent public transportation found in most major Canadian cities
