All the staff at this Veterinary clinic are fantastic, they truly treat the animals in their care as if they were their own.They are kind, compassionate, caring and friendly. Plus, they are very reasonable with their rates.The doctor will give you a firm quote beforehand, and it is guaranteed to be that price or less.Our Coco was so lucky to have found a wonderfully caring group of people to look after him in his time of need.Can't say enough good things about this amazing crew of people!!!!!

Super Vet and Staff. We recently transferred there from another vet. We like the idea that the same vet sees your pet every time.Staff are friendly, and they do their best to fit you in the last minute for little mishaps.Clean office, easy parking, recommend this Vet.

I had a very bad experience at this clinic as I just left paying a $170 bill for an examination and ear drops, which would have been fine if the job was actually done. My dog and myself were invited into the small room with the Veterinarian who did not pay attention to Koda (my dog) or introduce himself to my dog and knowing that my dog had an issue with this ears he simply went to poke at the bad ear with no regards to how my dog might act. Koda then made an aggressive sound and pulled his head away as a warning because they are in pain. He then chose to become afraid of my dog and I did the examination of the ears in front of the Veterinarian and he prescribed me some anti-fungal ear drops. He did not do any other examination of my dog. Do we not pay the $95 examination fee for them to do a thorough examination of our pets? I was treated as if my dog was dangerous and not worthy of attention, which is not the case. In past times at other vets, Koda gets taken off my hands and I pick him up when they are finished and they always give me a good review of how my dog behaved and they have all loved his visits. I needed a quick appointment for my dog and I came into this vet and I’m leaving very disappointed and I will not be using their services again.

Great customer service and care towards pet owners and their fur babies. I couldn't imagine any greater vet or vet staff for our boy canucks or any pets in our future. They are kind and compassionate and their honest points of views and stories from their experiences as pet owners and not just as a vet and vet staff are very comforting. We have been with sun ridge since canucks was a pup and I highly recommend them and their services

They care well for our cat. The staff is very professional and thorough from the front desk to the veterinarian. Our cat has diabetes and Dr Schenk (who diagnosed it) is very knowledgeable on the topic and has been helpful throughout.
