Travelodge Hotel by Wyndham Sudbury

Hot tub was out of service, but the pool was clean and at a good temperature. I hate cold pools lol. Room was nice and clean, bed was comfy. Good view. Service was great, booked online. Quick and easy. Been there before and will go back again. Hopefully the hot tub will be working then lol

This was an amazing place to stay.No there weren't any bed bugs.No it's not the Hilton but it was nice to stay for the price.The staff were awesome our shower didn't work properly. The next morning I asked maintenance if he could help.Within minutes he fixed it.Yes we had a good stay and our puppy was happy too.We were there for the hospital, we will be returning for surgery. So we will be booking another room.Thank you for the great service

The lobby was redone as were parts of the room bath. The interesting odour in the room cannot be overcome, neither can the mattress from the 80s.Close to some excellent dining options, less than a 10 minute drive.Overall it's place to crash at a cheap price when passing through, still overpriced for what you get overall.

If you take a look at the (multitude) of 1-Star reviews, the owner or manager keeps puking up the same response:I apologize that you were not 100% satisfied with your stay. We are always striving to do better and to ensure each guest has the best possible experience."It's a lot easier to copy and paste the same meaningless drivel and completely ignore the same problems people keep posting complaints about.This place is horrible.There really is no other way to put it.The carpet in the rooms is filthy

We came for the weekend for a hockey tournament. We all began to have respiratory/sinus issues by the end of our stay and noticed on day of check out that our window was full of black mold- I mean full. Absolutely disgusting!!!! I mentioned it to the front desk on check out and suggested they not rent the room out until the issue had been appropriately cleaned and fixed as clearly the window is not airtight but aside from a 15% discount I was given, they did not seem too concerned. I took pictures and will be following up!

Do NOT stay here. When I arrived to my room I immediately noticed the smell of people. This prompted me to take a closer look around the room and quickly realized the room was very poorly cleaned, if at all, between stays. There was hair everywhere in the bed (human and animal), the pillows smelled liked they hadn’t been changed, grease stains on the bedside table and headboard, the couch was covered in animal fur, the sink was crusty, and BLACK MOLD in the tub. I called the front desk to voice my concerns and was told there were no other rooms available, which I found very difficult to believe. Also no refund was offered at this time as his manager wasn’t in and it would be “too difficult”. The man at the front desk first offered to come clean the room for me, but then that changed to just bringing me two sheets and one pillow (an hour later after multiple calls/visits to front desk). I was extremely frustrated at this point and eventually decided to just wipe everything down myself with my Clorox wipes. Later in the evening, my boyfriend and I decided to call front desk again to request a new duvet and were told she would be there in 5-10 minutes with one. After ANOTHER HOUR and more phone calls, we were brought a very thin fleece blanket that wasn’t even big enough for our bed. With nowhere else to go and with no available refund we were essentially forced to stay in this hellish room. The next morning, front desk was slightly more empathetic and gave us a refund of $50, but the room was initially $192, so not amazing. Safe to say we will never be staying here again, don’t waste your money or time on this establishment.Patio room, huge puddle at our doorway that was almost impossible to not step in. Caught multiple people watching me through their curtains as I brought my things inside from my car.

Upon arrival we waited over a half an hour for service because there was only one girl at the front desk on a very busy evening. During check in one of the regulars informed us we should keep our vehicle locked because people’s cars get broken into often. Once we were checked in we found our room key was not working and had to return to the front desk to have it fixed, another 20 minutes. The lady at the front desk was super friendly, helpful, and apologetic due to the issue and the wait times. Neither my partner or myself blame her as she was extremely busy and the only one there..Entering our room we noticed a mildew smell, the carpet and couch had stains that appeared to be bodily fluid on them. Using the washroom we found out the toilet tank wouldn’t stop filling and made noises through the night. My partner and I moved the bed to find a water bottle filled with god knows what. Our bed had hair and food crumbs on it. Both the comforter and sheets had stains on them. Only after getting in bed did we notice the comforter had blood stains on it. There was garbage underneath the nightstand. Throughout the night we could hear a multitude of noises from other rooms.Overall I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good night sleep or cleanliness.

Great hotel for the price. Room was clean. They were clearly understaffed. The same lady was running from the front desk to the pool, then to clean up messes. She handled it very well. Same goes for the restaurant, great food and service but the poor lady was looking after the entire busy restaurant plus the cash, I told her she deserved a trophy. Only negative was the pool. We picked this hotel bc it had a pool. It was disgusting, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Water was super cloudy. The amount of hair and floating bandaid, chunks of something nasty floating all over the pool. I'm not a picky person but that grossed me out. My rating would be much higher if it wasn't for the pool.

Terrible experience. Booked ahead to have a 2 queen bed and pull out couch room to accommodate my children. Arrived and told they no longer had that room. Could only offer us 1 queen bed and pullout couch. Saw the room and realized we would need a cot to make it work. Stood in line with cranky children for 30 minutes while the front desk dealt with 1 customer. Finally left as line was out the door and my kids were exhausted. Go to put them to bed on pull out couch to find a pee Stained bare mattress. I called front desk for sheets and pillows and was told we would need to come to front desk. My teenager had to go twice as they only sent 1 flat sheet and 1 pillow the first time. Finally got a fitted sheet but no mattress protector. Room was obviously used with animals and I felt crawly sitting on the chair. To top it off, our visit was during a heat wave and the air conditioning was not working. A terrible experience!

Rented a jacuzzi suite room for a weekend getaway. Room was clean and comfortable, missing a few key points however, no alarm clock or luggage rack which was brought down once requested and room would have been a higher volume rate if it included a patio wall out.Otherwise stay was average but enjoyable
