Very busy, after Christmas sale and returns.5 cashiers on, the huge lineup moved very quickly. Cashier that took our return/purchase was pleasant and knowledgeable

I will give it a 5 star,cause when I order ppe and I received it in wrong colour I was disappointed, but the Manager apologized for the Mistake due to the people who sent it out,I was pleased and surprised that I received at discount on my order. Thank-you.

Went to Marks to purchase a pair of Timberland boots as I have had these for several years and are excellent. There were not any in stock and for some reason could not order online.I tried on and purchased a pair of Denver Hayes Colbourne boots as I live in northwestern Ontario and needed something for winter-these boots say good to -20- -30.Feet froze at -6Base of right boot has already given out ( less than a month) so now the inside of boot bottom has lumps in the form of the base under the insole.Not even in the same quality category as the Timberlands I had , and these were not cheep 129.99 + taxes.However they look good , but my feet are crying on the inside , frozen on the outside, and calling out for a pair of Timberlands :)

Zero stars..... I called the store when I was at Canadian Tire on Arthur, I was put on hold. Left and sat in my car on hold for 10 minutes, then I drove to their store. On hold still I was looking for what I was shopping for and a female finely answered the phone then hung up on me. When went to the checkout to pay for my purchase I asked the guy who hung up on me, and he just laughed and thought it funny.I will never walk in to Mark's in Thunder Bay again.

Very upset that they no longer have the awesome assortment of short sleeve all cotton tee shirts I have relied on for years. Some had artisan tee on their label. They had great variety of colours and patterns, and a choice of fit.

I placed an online pickup order from out of town on an emergency basis for someone in Thunder Bay, I called ahead and the manager was incredibly helpful, responsive and kind in making sure my needs were met! I’ve also shopped there in person and always great staff. Will be a returning customer thank you Tyler!!!!

Every time I go they never ever have the right sizes and when they do it’s on one of the items but that’s after searching through the shelves and finding the item not in its right size place.The workers are usually children with there after school job so there’s no help what so ever.Try another store but if you enjoy digging and getting no help enjoy
