Brought my car in for hail damage repair. These guys are awesome to deal with. Efficient, no hassle, and staff are very kind and accommodating. I didn't opt-in for interior detailing, but they went above and beyond by giving the interior a nice cleaning. A very nice gesture. My car looked brand new when I picked it up. Very good experience with a hail claim through insurance. Professional, great workmanship, great communication, on time and great estimation process. They also had a deal where they will do will clean up the interior for a fee and it was well worth it. Highly recommend PDR Hail Team.

I was referred to PDR by my insurance company for hail damage repair. The customer service was great. But... I do have a few issues with this company.PDR was paid by my insurance to repair hail damage and wash the exterior of the vehicle. When I picked up the truck, it was dirty ( they probably did wash it because the tires were glossy, but everything else was very dusty).Another negative point was quality control issues: after collecting my truck and driving for a bit, the sun visor fell out - I had to go back for them to repair it. During this time they have noticed that one of the bolt caps on the front grab handle was broken - they had to order it and call me to come back the third time.The third time that I came in to repair the bolt cap - I have discovered that the rear grab handle was screwed in upside down...All of it minor things but extremely annoying, I had to come back 3 times because of lack of attention to details and poor quality control.That being said, the hail damage was fixed properly and customer service was good as well.

Anything from door dings to massive hail storm smasher jobs on your car..they will handle like a dream.I had a hail claim in 2021 and they did an amazing job, flawless like it never happened and no panel sanding and resprays needed. This process is so advantageous you have to wonder how and why we did it the long way before.You will deal with thoughtful staff, helpful administrators and world class techs that will make your car feel new again and deal with insurance no problem whatsoever.Their warranty is also the best in the business and if you have any trouble or concerns, they will work in blazing frenzy to make you happy.Cannot recommend PDR enough, put them on speed dial and rest easy with the most painless repair process on the planet. I had severe hail damage to my 2017 Buick Enclave, and the repair work was exceptional, especially at a time that they were really busy! The staff were really courteous, friendly and very helpful I would definately go there again if need be, but hopefully not! The interior was very well detailed and spotless, like brand new! I was blown away! The courtesy car rental also went very well!

The people were friendly, the quality of service and workmanship was top-notch and even when my insurance company did not contact me to inform that the estimate for hail damage was approved, they did! They organized a rental vehicle for me and kept me informed through text, email and phone calls on the progress of my car throughout the process. I am hoping that I don't have to deal with hail damage ever again, but if I do, I would go back to these fine people in a heartbeat.

Although it seemed to take a long time to get my car fixed (but truthfully, I have no idea how long it takes), my crazy hail-dented car looks awesome again! They also detailed the inside of the car for a price of $63. They did a better job on the interior than when I went to Bubbles and paid over twice as much. Thank you. PDR Hail Team is a first choice service pick! I was pretty nervous and anxious about getting repairs on my Mini Cooper, but Mike and the front staff team was extremely helpful. They communicated effectively, and made the entire experience smooth.It was like Christmas Day when I got to go pick up my vehicle.
