I called over a month ago to make an appointment, duct cleaning.Appointment was at 12 and the guy called me at 11 letting me know he was on his way 20 min away. He never arrived, my wife was at home waiting for him, called the company after 12 and told me they were on the way, couple of minutes after they got home.They weren’t able to do the job because parking lot wasn’t close to the house. The lady on the phone never asked where was the parking spot. So at the end I waited over a month to have this service and because of their lack of customer service now I need to call another company that can do the job because they can’t. More than 1 month waited just to be told “sorry your house isn’t close to the parking spot so we can’t do it” and the worst thing is that a big company like this should ask that kind of questions. Now I’ll wait more than a month to schedule another appointment with another company that can actually do the job they are advertising.The reason they can’t do it is because their hose go all the way from their truck to my house, told the lady on the phone that it would be nice to know that 1 month ago when I actually did the appointment. Unprofessional.

Sheldon and his team provide fantastic service. My Carpets were in desperate need of a good cleaning and Sheldon took the time to make sure that that came out looking good as new. I've also used the sister company Mighty Clean Furnace with the sand results - a professional job done well.
