The receptionist is easily the rudest person I've ever spoken to. Honestly, I have been made to feel like an inconvenience multiple times. She has the least compassionate demeanor and most condescending tone possible. Phones are never answered until 330" like the voice-mail claims and I've never gotten a call back. The doctor said I don't need a referral to go in (all my treatment is dependent on their training) and the receptionist says I do. She hasn't had the patience to tell me how to get a referral without a GP do to the doctor shortage yet. Her solution today was

Can be helpful at times but didn’t appreciate being told to consider looping (which is not Health Canada approved) and then they stopped answering my calls. I still cant manage my own diabetes.I agree with the other post about the receptionist being rude/short with clientele.
