Pharmacy Jean Coutu

The pharmacy PJC at the corner of coolbrook and Queen Mary road is run exceptionally well. Although the aisles are a little bit crowded and often set up for only one cart passing through, the post office is very good and the pharmacy is excellent. It's a good full-fledged well served PJC.

Employees and the pharmacists are pleasant, however it takes around 45 minutes to get your prescription filled and if you try and call in advance to pick up your prescription the pharmacy NEVER answers the phones...or they put you on hold and never return, or if you’re lucky you get a hold of someone and they tell you to pick up your prescription in an hour...trust me when I tell you, you will go pick up your prescription and it will not be ready and you will have to wait close to an hour to receive it. Horrible service. Worst Jean Coutu I’ve been to in Montreal.

Do not go here to get your passport picture done they have no clue what they are doing.

Discriminating against their own employees doesnt seem like appropriate behaviour in a Jean Coutu

About 10 minutes standing waiting for someone to aknowledge my présence ! You know you re dealing with humans, right ? Just say hi one moment please , basic minimum requirement !

I still go there for all my medication needs despite moving to another area. The pharmacists are super nice and knowledgeable. My two favourite are Alexandre and the owner (Mr Kokozos) because they know their patients by name and will go the extra mile to check in on you. I have nothing but good words for this place.

Great pharmacist and satellite post office and the whole place/staff in general, great service.Also received my COVID-19 vaccine shot there...

Pharmacy team Refuses to answer questions unless you give them your name, phone number. Why? It's a simple medication question. Can I take statex with motron. Yes or no? Why do I have to give you my phone number and address? Why does it matter if I'm a customer or not? Thank god for reddit

Pharmacy pjc corner of coolbrook and Queen Mary road has being there for quite a long time including when it used to be called Cumberland pharmacy. They're a huge franchise they've even bought into Ontario and the USA but under different brand names in the USA. The place is full of excellent service tons of aisles from that early makeup section when you walk in to the stands on the left side with various types of items and you can walk down towards the cash and you'll see a wall or two of electronics and if you turn right you go towards the pharmacy section and many aisles full of interesting and useful items. It's so full that they measure the openings by the width of the shopping cart and I've gone in to get various things from shoe liners to milk to stuffed animals or summer specials for day after Christmas wrapping paper and a whole lot more. It's a place I go for any prescriptions I require. They have great pharmacy service and the pharmacists are very easy to deal with. Excellent professional place. And they have an excellent mobile app that I finally figured out that I could order my meds ahead of time online. They call it a web order. And you can do everything there securely. I'm very pleased with her service and their mobile app and the people in the store be it the regular cash or at the pharmacy itself. They are certainly excellent.
