Looking for someone who's not in the best state of health

Desperately needed assistance finding housing in the region to leave an abusive relationship. I work in the region but live outside of it, and only moved for my ex. I reached out for support and they would not assist me because I didn't currently live in the region.I'm disgusted with how this made me feel, when I'm employed in KW and have no reason to stay in the region I'm in now. All I need is help. And they were unwilling to give it to me.

Anselma house has given me opportunities to grow as a person, and deal with my traumas and my abuse. The programs offered here are like no other and the majority of staff is comprehensive and supportive. Everyone that I have met so far is compassionate towards my plight and that of my children. The healthcare system has failed me in many ways over the course of my life, but being here has finally allowed me to address the struggles I've been longing to secure for so long. My 2 kids are treated with respect and the staff enjoys their company. Staff is vigilant and compassionate.If it weren't for confidentiality I would shout out to those who have been there for me and gone above and beyond, but you know who you are. Thank you so much for creating a safe space, and allowing us to heal. We are so thankful, and honestly all I can say is...we love you!
